According to court reporters, Imran Khan's judicial remand has been approved in this case. In other words, despite the suspension of sentence and approval of bail in the Tosha Khana case, they will not be able to come out immediately. The accused remains in jail during judicial remand.
But the important thing is that Imran Khan's judicial remand period is till Wednesday 30 August. He is likely to be produced in court on Wednesday.
On the other hand, Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of the Official Secret Act Court has sent a letter to the Superintendent of Attock Jail, in which it has been said that the accused Imran Khan Niazi is on judicial remand in a case under the Official Secret Act, the accused has been kept in jail. Go, and be produced in court on August 30.
However, there is also a possibility that their remand should be extended by putting Robkar in jail.
