1: Failing to initially define and test the idea
Before launching something new, it’s important to sit down and establish your value proposition by answering key questions such as:
Is there a need for this product? Does the broad idea connect with people? What is the market willing to pay for it? What need is it serving?

2: Not defining your target audience
This step comes down to answering a few key questions, as well. Make sure to ask yourself things like: Who is most likely to use this new product?
How big is this market? What are the most effective ways to reach this group?

3: Not developing a full-fledged marketing plan and launch strategy
Once you’ve established a value proposition for your new product and defined the core audience, it’s time to develop an in-depth marketing plan and launch strategy.

مستقل مزاجی،پرفیکشن سے زیادہ بہتر ہے۔ مطلب؟
اس کو ہم اس طرح سمجھنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔مثلا میں حافظ قرآن ہوں تو میرے استاد نے مجھے ایک نصیحت کی تاکہ میں تا حیات قرآن پاک کو حفظ یاد رکھ سکوں۔ استاد محترم نے کہا کہ بیٹا: قرآن پاک کی تلاوت روزانہ ضرور کرنا چاہے ایک پارہ ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ یہ اس سے بہتر ہے کہ تم ایک دن تو پورے قرآن پاک کو دوہرا لو لیکن پھر ایک سال تک قرآن پاک کی تلاوت ہی نہ کرو۔
مطلب مستقل مزاجی کا بہت بڑا کردار ہے۔
روزانہ اپنی منزل یعنی کامیابی کی طرف زیادہ نہ سہی لیکن ایک قدم ضرور بڑھائیں، یہ اس سے بہتر ہے کہ آب ایک دن تو سو قدم بڑھا لیں لیکن پھر پانچ مہینے تک پھر کچھ نہیں۔

If you truly want to build a great product, start by listening to your customers.

Do 5/6 user interviews and ask open-ended questions about how your target audience currently solves these problems today is a great starting point.

You also want to listen to how they talk about the challenges they face when attempting to complete a task and ordering those challenges from greatest to least.

Knowing how happy they are with their current solution will allow you to determine if there is an opportunity to better meet your target customers’ needs. The happier they are, the harder it is to convert them to a new solution even if yours offers extra benefits.

Lastly, knowing what would make the person happier with their current solution gives you an insight into what sort of added value might drive your target customer to switch from their current solution to yours.
