CHIKUNGUNYA:
Chikungunya is a viral disease transmitted to humans by infected mosquitoes, such as the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus species. Symptoms of chikungunya typically include fever, joint pain, muscle aches, headache, nausea, fatigue, and rash. The joint pain associated with chikungunya can be severe and debilitating, lasting for weeks to months. There is no specific treatment for chikungunya, so management focuses on relieving symptoms with rest, fluids, and medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to reduce fever and pain. Prevention involves avoiding mosquito bites by using insect repellent, wearing long sleeves and pants, and eliminating standing water where mosquitoes breed. If you suspect you have chikungunya, it is important to consult a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and management.

Yes its true, if you take one apple in your break fast daily you will remain healthy
If you take one medium size apple it contain 95 calories. You will come to know as surprise that there is no fat in it. There are other component within apple which is not harmful like protein is about 19 gram natural sugar as carbohydrate and 25 gram carbohydrate Protein we all know present in meat and cereals ( Daal different types know in urdu) but Apple also contain protein which is about one gram.
So Those who are interested to maintain their figure they must add one a day in their menu, either in break fast or in dinner.
