Lahore Court Rejects Ducky Bhai's Physical Remand Request

A Lahore court has denied a request to extend the physical remand of popular Saad ur Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai. Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo has instead sent him on a 14-day judicial remand. The YouTuber has been in custody since August 17 on charges of promoting an online gambling app, with the case registered against him by the National Crime Agency (NCA) Lahore.

Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan and 12 Other Members Expelled from PTI

Haji Gulbar Khan, the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, is among 13 members of the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly who have been expelled from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party. The members were removed on charges of treason and serious breaches of party discipline.

A formal notification issued by the party's Central Additional General Secretary accuses the expelled members of forming a forward bloc at a crucial time, voting against party policy, and engaging in activities that amount to "gross disloyalty."

The list of expelled members also includes Raja Azam, Raja Nasir Ali Khan, Syed Amjad Zaidi, Dilshad Bano, Suraiya Zaman, Haji Shah Baig, Mushtaq Ahmed, Shams Loon, Abdul Hameed, and Maulana Fazlur Rahim. The notification strictly warns that these individuals are prohibited from using the PTI name, flag, or any official designations. Legal action will be taken against anyone who violates this directive. Previously, two other members, including Fatehullah Khan, had also been expelled.
