ناظم آباد کراچی کے نجی اسکول میں طالب علم کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کا معاملہ/ محکمہ تعلیم سندھ کی انکوائری مکمل,

وزیر تعلیم و ثقافت سندھ سید سردار نے واقعے کا نوٹس لے کر انکوائری کے احکامات جاری کئے تھے,

نجی اسکول کی رجسٹریشن معطل اور ایک لاکھ روپے جرمانہ بھی عائد کر دیا گیا,

طالب علم کو اردو بولنے پر سزا اور بدسلوکی کا نشانہ بنایا گیا تھا,

نجی اسکولوں کے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کی پانچ رکنی کمیٹی نے انکوائری کے بعد رپورٹ پیش کر دی,

کمیٹی کی طرف سے اسکول پرنسپل اور والدین کے بیان قلم بند کیے گئے,

سیکھنے کے عمل میں مادری زبانیں بولنے پر کسی بھی بچے پر جبر نہیں کیا جا سکتا, سردار شاہ

مادری زبان میں تعلیم حاصل کرنا صوبے کے بچوں کا قانونی حق ھے, سردار شاہ,

اسکول کی رجسٹریشن معطلی پر زیر تعلیم طالب علموں کی تعلیم پر اثر نھیں پڑے گا, محکمہ تعلیم .
