A spacious building has been established on approximately four and a half acres, right in front of Dawood College of Engineering and Technology, on Jagar Muradabadi Road, adjacent to MA Jinnah Road, the busiest street in the southern district of Karachi city. It is popularly known as "Islamia College". It is one of the major educational institutions located in Pakistan.
This building of Islamia College was constructed under the aegis of Islamic Education Trust. Which is called the largest educational institution of the poor in Karachi. Where more or less seven thousand students belonging to the backward and middle classes are engaged in education.
According to a conservative estimate, since its inception, around seven lakh people have been educated by these educational fountains of Islamia Education Trust.
