Why they completely blame xavi for the mess around Barcelona?

I have just few simple questions for my fellow Barcelona fans.

What will xavi do when your teams concede goals from dressing room?

What will xavi do when your attackers misses sitters ?

What will xavi do when your defense sleeps in the middle of the game?

He should be partially blamed to be honest, he's tactically very poor and he hasn't a cool and calm composure, He should have cool down players when they are struggling to score or they are trailing, instead of giving confidence to players he himself receives yellow cards in every match.

Lame excuses are their main problem, they don't blame their players for bad game, they somehow find a way to blame refs, VAR, grounds etc.

I only wish good luck to xavi not for current season but after his resignation.
