The Roohani Talaba Jamaat (RTJ) was formed keeping in view the moral, spiritual and educational development of the young members. The RTJ comprises of students of school, colleges and universities. The members are encouraged to host educational activities, dars (preaching) activities, qirat and naat competitions etc. The Roohani Tulba Jamaat is managed by the members from the jamaat itself who are students. This also teaches that management skills.
