اگر آپ کو کام کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو اس کام میں کے بار میں بنیادی معلومات اکٹھی کرنے کے بعد وہ کام عملی طور پر کرنا شروع کر دیں۔ آپ جتنا مرضی علم حاصل کرلیں۔ حقیقی کامیابی اور مہارت عملی میدان میں قدم رکھنے کے بعد ہی آ ے گی ۔ماہر صرف کتابیں پڑھ کر نہیں بنا جا سکتا ۔ اس کے لیے کوششِ کرنا، غلطی کرنا اور غلطی سے سیکھنا ضروری ہے۔ اس لیے کرنا شروع کریں۔ آ بھی جائے گا۔ غلطی سدھارنا بھی آ جائے گی اور ماہر بھی بن جائیں گے۔

Lesson 1.
Our mind has two thinking modes:
1. Focused Mode
2. Diffuse Mode

1. Focused Mode
We focus on something intently to get information.
It is when we focus on a single problem putting everything else aside or avoiding all distractions.

2. Diffuse Mode
Our brain is relaxed and thinks more broadly and sees things from a different perspective. When we take a short break after concentrating on a problem. Short breaks are useful to understands a problem from a new and broader perspective.

Therefore, for effective learning short breaks are necessary for better understanding and retaining information.

Both modes are important for effective learning as they help us to see a small as well as a bigger picture of something.

کوئی کام کرنے کے لیے آ پ چاہے جتنے بھی موٹیویٹڈ ہوں۔ آپ کے پاس جتنا بھی پیسہ اور علم ہو۔ اس کام کو شروع کر کے اور پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچا کے جو کچھ آپ سیکھیں گے وہ ہی حقیقی علم اور عمل ہے۔ اس لیے پہلا قدم ضروری ہے ۔دھیرے دھیرے قدم بڑھائیے ۔ انشاء اللہ آ خری قدم پر کامیابی آ پ کے قدم چومے گی ۔
