Once I wrote something like
کوئی بھی آپ کو اندھیروں سے کھینچ کر باہر نہیں نکال سکتا اگر آپ خود باہر آنا نہ چاہیں.
It's fact bro, but now I realize sometimes it's you who try hard to get out of those dark phases but can't.
کچھ چیزیں ہم چاہ کر بھی نہیں کر پا رہے ہوتے.
Idk how and when this sadness became a permanent part of my life. Once it started giving peace but now I just want it to end, it's killing me, I want myself back not the old one but the healer.
لیکن میرے چاہنے سے کیا ہوتا ہے, یہ اداسی تو حلق تک بھر گئی ہے.
Often it feels like I'm quitting, as my wounded soul is tired now, it's lost its connections and all the strength.
But
The people around me think I'm their strength and this is the only thing which is not letting me quit this battle
کیسے کہ دوں کہ تھک گیا ہوں میں
جانے کس کس کا حوصلہ ہوں میں

Life wasn't mean to be taken seriously the way we are taking. Specially the younger generation, those who are in their 20's and 30's. The weight of expectations, the race to become wealthy in short time, the wish of making parents proud, societal pressure, the anxiety of having a better future. All these things have turned our life complicated affecting our mental and physical health. Those who were passionate in their teenage years have turned into someone who are fighting their own hidden struggles, someone who don't let others know what problems they are going through, someone who is afraid enough to share their issues with others and someone who just wants mental peace over everything else.

To all those suffering. Hold yourself high. The phase is difficult but life won't be. Remember what Allah tallah told us that with every difficulty there is ease. Ease is there. Instead of opposing this situation. Try to accept it. Make yourself realize that you are in a state of test and that you will be rewarded for every struggle you bear with patience. Calm yourself down. Ask Allah to help you. List all possible solutions you can take to solve your problems and take the first step. And when you don't find any solution, just open the Quran and read it.

Allah won't ever put you in situation you cannot resolve. Trust His plans.

لَتَجِدَنَّ اَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَۃً لِّلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا الۡیَہُوۡدَ وَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَشۡرَکُوۡا ۚ وَ لَتَجِدَنَّ اَقۡرَبَہُمۡ مَّوَدَّۃً لِّلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا الَّذِیۡنَ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّا نَصٰرٰی ؕ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّ مِنۡہُمۡ قِسِّیۡسِیۡنَ وَ رُہۡبَانًا وَّ اَنَّہُمۡ لَا یَسۡتَکۡبِرُوۡنَ ﴿۸۲﴾

یقیناً آپ ایمان والوں کا سب سے زیادہ دشمن یہودیوں اور مشرکوں کو پائیں گے اور ایمان والوں سےسب سے زیادہ دوستی کے قریب آپ یقیناً انہیں پائیں گے جو اپنے آپ کو نصاریٰ کہتے ہیں ، یہ اس لئے کہ ان میں علماء اور عبادت کے لئے گوشہ نشین افراد پائے جاتے ہیں اور اس وجہ سے کہ وہ تکبر نہیں کرتے ۔
