March 21, 2024- Cadets conducted an intensified checkpoint in relation to the simulation of extraction of high-profile PDL from the Hall of Justice to Malvar City Jail. They were able to conduct the checkpoint properly which offered up-to-date data on the flow of people, vehicles, and products in the specific area. They assisted in establishing controlled entry and exit points, enabling them to manage the movement of people and vehicles into and out of particular locations.

They had a crucial role during the transport of high-profile Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), particularly those considered dangerous or of significant public interest. They assisted in locating any possible threats, illegal goods, or unapproved materials that might endanger the public, law enforcement officers, or the PDL's safety and security.

March 20, 2024- Cadets conducted a camp defense plan in relation to the red alert status given by the Provincial Director of Cavite. The formulation of the camp defense plan helped them identify and evaluate potential hazards and vulnerabilities related to its facilities and operations. Understanding these risks allowed cadets to take proactive steps to prevent them, which lowered the possibility of personnel injury, property damage, and security breaches.

Another important learning in the formulation of a camp defense plan is to have coordination and communication with other units. They can improve operational efficiency by ensuring a united and coordinated response to security threats through the establishment of clear lines of communication, command structures, and cooperation protocols.

March 19, 2024- Cadets conducted a public education and outreach activity at the Academics Building, PNPA. It is part of the campaign of Bagong Pilipinas which aims to promote a center on progress and development.

This campaign would place a high priority on youth empowerment and education because it recognizes the critical role that youths play in determining the destiny of the country. It will support laws that give young Filipinos access to high-quality education, career opportunities, and skill development so they can reach their full potential and make significant contributions to society.

Therefore, the cadet acknowledged the significance of good governance in attaining sustainable advancement, the campaign will promote openness, responsibility, and honesty in public service. It would work to ensure that the government successfully serves the people's interests by battling corruption, encouraging moral leadership, and strengthening democratic institutions.

March 18, 2024- The Luna City Police Station had a turn-over ceremony. This ceremony guarantees operational continuity and contributes to organizational stability recognizing the accomplishments and contributions made by the outgoing Chief of Police throughout his term.

Cadets also engaged in a buy-bust operation where they had thorough planning and intelligence collection. To protect the safety of the team as well as civilians, a buy-bust operation needs careful preparation, coordination, and adherence to legal requirements.

Upon completion of the activities, they had a debriefing session to assess the operation's performance, pinpoint lessons gained, and resolve any problems or difficulties that came up. They made sure they would learn from their mistake.

March 17, 2024- Cadets responded to a shooting incident and simulated a dragnet operation. Cadets learned how to secure the area, ensure public safety, and neutralize the threat posed by the shooter.

They learned how to implement tactical strategies such as establishing a perimeter, evacuating civilians, and deploying specialized units like SWAT teams if necessary. Additionally, they gathered the evidence, interviewed witnesses, and collaborated with other agencies to investigate the incident thoroughly. The primary objective in that incident is to restore order, arrest the perpetrator, and prevent further harm to civilians.

Also, they conducted a dragnet operation which is used by law enforcement to apprehend suspects or offenders by deploying a wide net or carrying out an organized search across a large area. This operation plays a crucial role in the capture of those who are wanted, suspects, or subjects of interest in criminal investigations. It can improve the likelihood of finding and apprehending anyone engaged in criminal activity by sweeping a large region. The public is reassured of their safety and security by implementing this dragnet operation. They show their dedication to defending civilians and upholding law and order by actively pursuing offenders.

With these two activities, cadets learned to be flexible and think quickly in making decisions. They were able to swiftly mobilize resources, conduct thorough searches, and apprehend individuals involved in criminal behavior, thereby contributing to safer communities.

March 16, 2024- Cadets conducted an information drive on 300 high school students from DOǸA MARIA LAUREL PLATON SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE. Cadets engaged themselves by informing students about their current activity which is the case-base scenario. They were able to explain and show the students their mock station.

Furthermore, the information drive served as a reminder and motivation to the students to apply for the Philippine National Police Academy. It highlighted the role of the academy in nurturing well-informed, trained, and a refined individual who are equipped to contribute meaningfully to society.

March 15, 2024- Cadets conducted an information drive with the PNPA personnel. They also gave IEC materials about sexual harassment in connection with International Women’s Month. This increases public understanding of what sexual harassment is, how it manifests itself, and the effects it can have on both individuals and communities.

By drawing attention to the problem and promoting discussion and action among community members, the distribution of educational flyers on sexual harassment promotes community engagement and solidarity. By bringing people and organizations together in the fight against sexual harassment, flyers help create more inclusive and safe communities for everybody.

March 14, 2024- The start of phase 3 of the Cadet Attachment Program is announced. The cadets are grouped into five divisions or stations where they are supposed to mimic actual police station experiences. The cadets made a mock station. For cadets, setting up a mock station is an incredible training experience with numerous benefits for their growth and readiness. In a mock station, the conditions and challenges faced by cadets in real-life operational scenarios are created. This realistic simulation prepares them mentally for the difficulties and uncertainties they may encounter.

They learned how to allocate each person especially when giving tasks. By assigning positions in the team, cadets can take on leadership roles. Cadets have the opportunity to develop these skills further in addition to showing off their leadership capabilities within a safe environment, whether it be running a particular set-up or coordinating team efforts.

On March 01, 2024, cadets assigned at the Sto Tomas Component City Police Station expressed their gratitude to PLTCOL Rodel S. Ban-o, Acting Chief of Police, and all of the PNP personnel of the station. They also attended the closing ceremony of the cadet attachment program of class 2024.

The Cadet Attachment Program's closing ceremony is a very important occasion. It is the end of an intense learning program that has helped cadets improve both personally and professionally in addition to providing them with useful insights.

A sense of success and accomplishment is central to the closing ceremony. Cadets have been immersed for weeks in a police station setting, where they have learned new skills, developed existing ones, and developed relationships with peers and personnel. The event provides an opportunity to take a review of their journey and recognize the obstacles they have conquered as well as their accomplishments.
