Online Application for UCU - College Admission Test will be opened on April 5, 2023.

To all incoming freshmen and transferees for this first semester of A.Y. 2023-2024, pre-register at mis.ucu.edu.ph/ucucat and download the application form: http://bitly.ws/CtHA.

Submit the application on the scheduled date of examination with the following requirements:

For incoming freshmen:
• 2 pcs Passport-sized picture with nametag (white background)
• Clear copy of grades (Grade 11 Form 138 for graduating SHS; Grade 12 Form 138 for SHS graduate)
• Valid ID (School ID or any government-issued ID)

For transferees:
• 2 pcs Passport-sized picture with nametag (white background)
• Copy of Transcript of Records or copy of grades
• Valid ID (School ID or any government-issued ID)

Note:
For degree holder and second courser applicants, there is no need to apply for UCU-CAT.

Applicants for board programs and quota programs will have a separate examination schedule.

Previous examinees are not required to take the UCU-CAT.

This online application runs until May 5, 2023.

AN ORDER DECLARING DECEMBER 07, 2020 & DECEMBER 08, 2020 AS NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF URDANETA IN THE OBSERVANCE OF THE FEAST OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION.

WHEREAS, it has been a tradition in the city to celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception in a festive and meaningful manner;

WHEREAS, in order to give free and convenient time to all employees to observe and participate in the solemnity of the celebration of the Feast of Immaculate Conception, there is a need to allow the residents to respite from their daily activities;

WHEREAS, the event serves as a foundation of unity and dynamism and demonstration of harmonious amalgam of Urdaneta’s diverse cultural heritage and values;

WHEREAS, though there is no prepared array of activities because of the pandemic, this will be the time to reflect on the blessings that we have received for the year and ask for the Patron’s protection from the dreaded COVID-19 virus;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JULIO F. PARAYNO III, Mayor of Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare December 7 & December 8 of this year 2020 as Special Non-Working Holiday in the City of Urdaneta in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.
