Many books and films have used the word "confidential." LA, Chicago, New York, Washington Confidential for example. Well, 24 years ago I was going to call my site "Manila Confidential" but learned the late Leticia Locsin had already used it years before for an entertainment paper. So I went with "Hot Manila" instead.

But now the word is current again. For example, how about "Davao Confidential", "Funds Confidential" or "Plunder Confidential"?
