Ito ngayon ang GROUND ZERO sa Barangay Kusiong na matatagpuan sa Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.
Ito ang lugar kung saan na-recover ang 20 bangkay dahil sa naganap na sakuna sa mga nakalipas na araw.
Kahapon, ika-30 ng Oktubre 2022, binalikan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ang "ground zero" para hanapin ang lima pang nawawalang residente ng naturang barangay.
Sa kanilang operasyon, gumamit sila ng kahoy para makapa kung saang bahagi ng maputik na barangay nakalubog ang katawan ng mga hinahanap na indibidwal.
Makikita rin din dito ang mga kagamitan ng mga residenteng nasiraan ng tahanan mga bubong, appliances, at iba pang gamit na pinaghirapang ipundar ng mga apektadong pamilya.

A Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was issued against the conduct of a General Assembly by Licoben and his cohorts on June 4, 2022 in Mankayan, Benguet.
Yet, pretending to be above the law, they convert the event into an Information Drive. That would not have been a problem, if the EXPENSES for such event amounting to more or less 1.7 to 2.5Million of BENECO FUNDS is not spent for their unauthorized event.
They chose to defy the TRO by continuing with the AGMA disguised as an Infornation Education Campaign (IEC).
What was accomplished? Another DISINFORMATION drive, another divisive activity to confuse our consumers.
Also, to obtain the commission from the purchase of raffle prizes and materials including the sound system fees paid to the friend of a supervisor.
This unauthorized expense could have been devoted to fixing sagging power lines which resulted to the death of a backhoe operator. Replacement of rotten wooden poles which pose danger to life, limb and property or as financial assistance to farmers who cannot afford additional poles to access power.
