By pooling some of the most capable, hard-working freelance talent in the Philippines, we've been able to produce a truly diverse body of work — from internationally-acclaimed films, to box office hits, to TV series, and branded content.
Bianca Balbuena. Bianca is the youngest recipient of the Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) FIAPF Award for her contribution to Asia Pacific cinema. She has attended the Produire Au Sud of Festival des 3 Continents, Rotterdam Producers Lab, Talent Campus Tokyo, Cannes’ La Fabrique des Cinemas du Monde, EAVE Ties That Bind, Aljazeera Witness Documentary Workshop and the Berlinale Talent Project Market where she won the ARTE Prize for her film, Above The Clouds, her first venture into French co-production. She is the producer of the indie-blockbuster and cult classic “That Thing Called Tadhana” which took the country by storm in 2014. Most recently, she has produced Lav Diaz’s Berlinale Silver Bear winning “Hele Sa Hiwagang Hapis”.
Pepe Diokno. Pepe's debut feature film, “Engkwentro”, won the Lion of the Future - "Luigi de Laurentiis" Award and the Orizzonti Prize at the 2009 Venice Film Festival. His second film, “Above the Clouds” received grants from France’s Aide aux cinemas du monde, South Korea’s Asian Cinema Fund and Switzerland’s Visions Sud Est. His third, “Kapatiran”, has also received international acclaim. Pepe’s branded short films, created with companies such as Jollibee, P&G, Unilever, Monde, and Globe, have been viewed by millions worldwide.
Bradley Liew. Malaysia born-Manila based, Bradley attended the Asian Film Academy of the Busan International Film Festival where he won the Lumos Award for Outstanding Performance from celebrated Chinese filmmaker Jia Zhangke. He is an alumnus of the NAFF Fantastic Film School, Locarno Filmmakers Academy, Berlinale Talents, EAVE Ties That Bind, Tokyo Talents and the Sam Spiegel International Film Lab. His debut feature, “Singing in Graveyards” premiered at the 2016 Venice International Film Critics’ Week and went to over 25 film festivals, winning best film in both Kolkata and Malaysia. He is currently working on his second feature film, “Motel Acacia”.
Lilit Reyes. Lilit is a film and TV scriptwriter and a creative ideas and brand communications consultant. His screenplay, “Hubong ng Langit” won the highest literary honors for full-length screenplay in the Philippines’ equivalent to the Pulitzer, the Palanca Awards. He also produced the award-winning film, “Halaw”. Before entering film, Lilit was in the advertising industry. He served as Creative Group Head of Leo Burnett Singapore, Executive Creative Director of blackpencil manila, and Creative Director at Leo Burnett Manila.
