As you enter a new semester, your Headquarters of Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Anger are ready to guide you through every challenge. We know the journey isn't always easy, and sometimes the emotions can feel overwhelming.

Ika nga sa kanta ng Bini na Kapit Lang, โ€œMinsan, ayoko nang bumangon. Nalulunod sa lungkot at galit pero kahit mahirap, gagawin ang kailanganโ€ฆโ€

There will be days when getting up feels like the most challenging thing, and Sadness and Anger seem to take over. But even on those days, remember you have the strength to push through. Your emotions are part of your story, and they're what make you resilient.

This semester, no matter how tough it gets, know that you can rise above. Let Joy lift you up, let Sadness remind you it's okay to feel, let Fear keep you cautious, let Disgust help you strive for better, and let Anger fuel your determination.

Mr. Roland Allan Salazar Mabunga, Ph.D (Marikina Polytechnic College's Vice President for Planning, Research, Extension, Linkages and Quality Assurance) served as a Resource Speaker, where he discussed the intricacies of the code of conduct for Faculty in Higher Education along with the responsibilities that instructors shall take note of.
