Magandang araw!

Kami nga pala ulit ang Fifty-Fifty Films and we are glad to announce everyone that our film “Alikabok” was a success!!

A month ago we presented the finished output of our short film at Pelikulayag, a short film competition, and the culmination of our batch's Cinematography class in St. Dominic College of Asia.

Our team was awarded the following:

Best Film
Best Cinematography
Best in Editing
Best Lead Actress

'Alikabok' is dear and personal to the members of our team in various ways and we are forever grateful for your help in making this project. Our success wouldn't have been possible without your financial help and guidance. We truly appreciate each and every one of those who supported and the families of each of our members. We'd like to officially thank you for believing in our team, and our skills as filmmakers and multimedia artists!

For the student short film, "ALIKABOK" 🍂

Greetings, everyone! Fifty-Fifty Films' casting call is still open and searching for an actor to fill the supporting role of JULES in our upcoming film, "Alikabok". As a member of our cast, Jules will play a crucial role in bringing our story to life on screen.

Logline:
Youngest among her family and having lived through the effects of an incurable disease on her grandmother, Emma visits her childhood home hoping to reconnect with her late Lola Mary through a supernatural encounter.
🍂 Genre: Drama, Slice of Life
🍂 Indefinite Shooting Location: Cavite
🍂 Target Start of Shooting: 2nd Week of November
🍂 Details: Talent Fee, Transportation, and Food expenses are covered.
