US: Fire tornado spotted in blazing Pacific Palisades fires
WATCH: What appeared to be small fire tornadoes were spotted Friday night as the Palisades Fire blazed through the San Fernando Valley in California.
Friday evening, new evacuations were ordered as the eastern side of the Palisades Fire spread, nearing Interstate 405 and The Getty.

Fires raging in the Los Angeles area have reduced some 10,000 structures to ash and rubble, killed at least 10, displaced thousands of others, and spread over an area larger than the size of San Francisco.
The blazes started Tuesday, powered by gusts from the Santa Ana winds, which slackened Thursday, though forecasters warn they could pick back up later this weekend.
OCD assures adequate supply of relief for displaced residents in Bicol due to shear line
WATCH: The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) said that there are enough food, water and other relief items for thousands of people who were forced to flee their homes in Bicol Region due to heavy rains caused by the shear line.
Mr. Gremil Naz, spokesperson of OCD regional office in Bicol (OCD-5), said a total of 5,013 individuals or 1,440 families were being served in evacuation centers as of Sunday, Jan. 12.
