• MISINFORMATION – Controlling media narratives to manipulate public perception.
• ECONOMIC DEPENDENCE – Limiting job opportunities to keep people reliant on political favors.
• VOTE BUYING & INTIMIDATION – Using poverty as leverage to secure votes.

Political dynasties prosper when people remain poor, uninformed, and dependent. Real change requires education, economic empowerment, and political reforms to shift power back to the people.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) is looking into gradually phasing out One-Time Pins (OTPs) and shifting to more advanced authentication methods like fingerprint scans, facial recognition, and even voice ID. 😲

But this won’t happen overnight for sure. BSP said they still need to consult with industry experts to set clear guidelines and a realistic timeline. Also, these high-tech security features may only apply to banks that offer more complex digital services.😅

The House of Representatives has endorsed an impeachment complaint against VP Sara Duterte after 215 congressmen supported the petition.

This means the case will now head to the Senate, where 23 senators will act as jurors in an impeachment trial.

The exact reasons for the complaint weren’t immediately clear.
Duterte has strongly denied any wrongdoing, calling it a political attack.

If the trial pushes through and she is found guilty, she could be removed from office and banned from holding any government position for life.

For now, her camp says they’re just waiting to see what happens next.
