LECHE FLAN (3 Ingredients)

- 10 pcs. of eggs
- 1 can of 380g condensed milk
- 1 can of 410g evaporated milk
Or 3 cans of 170g (used in this video)

Instructions:

1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg white. (Only egg yolks will be used)

2. Beat the egg yolks and add the other ingredients (condensed milk & evaporated milk). Mix thouroughly.

3. Prepare 4 molds or llanera. Put 1 spoon of granulated sugar into the mold and melt sugar over medium heat until it becomes dark brown caramel.

4. Wait for 3 minutes then pour the mixture on the mold.

5. Cover each mold with aluminum foil.

6. Steam the mold with mixture for 30 to 40 minutes.

7. After steaming, let the temperature cool down.

8. Then transfer the cooked leche flan into a disposable plastic container with lid.

9. Refrigate.

10. Enjoy and share with your family.
