Efren Bata Reyes Tips on How to Write Great Emails
---
When it comes to pool, there is only one legend the world knows that's put every master to their knees.
Na sa tuwing makakalaro nila si Efren, eh its either they gave their 2000% performance level or they find a way na ma disqualify siya gaya nalang nang isang nakalaban niya, na nag palit lang ng tako si Efren nag sumbong na agad sa Arbiter.
Today, besides pool mastery, we will give you tips from Efren Bata that will help you with email marketing.
"No. 1 - Not Very Good at English"
Many people would say that writing emails is for people who are only good with English or grammar, but I would say no. Just like Efren you don't need to be a good English speaker if you want to become an email specialist, conversational English will do.
And it's NON-VOICE.
Duh!
"No. 2 - Always smiling, Having Fun"
Writing emails is fun, and as a freelancer, it's not just a fun way to earn money but the fastest way too. Just like Efren, I always see him Smile during events, he always smiles for a picture with his fans. 😊
"No. 3 - Humility, Always saying, "I just got lucky"
In almost every interview after the games Efren Bata will always say that he is just lucky that he pulls some magical shots although we know that ginagawa niya talaga yun on purpose, every shot, every angle has an intention.
Just like emails, we don't just get lucky, we're doing everything on purpose, pero siempre humble parin dapat. (hahaha)
"No. 4 - Knows Every Angle of His Craft
Ever since he was a kid he played pool and slept on the Billiard table. And he is doing it consistently, almost every day of his life.
He is not just doing it for the money, it's his craft, his passion.
He masters every angle, every probability, every combination.
He has the most excellent cue ball control and the No. 1 master of the Bank Shot.
And if you have time, you can search the "Z shot" that Efren pulls on a Hill-to-Hill match with Earl Strickland. The most famous shot in Billiard History.
You can't pull that off if you're not a master, but yeah, Efren will always say…
"I just got lucky"
Duh!!!
"No. 5 - Low-Key (Low profile)
With millions in dollars of prize money, you will not see Efren buy luxurious cars or show off jewelry like Gayweather. He doesn't wear expensive clothing and always playing Billiards somewhere on the streets. Maybe from time to time, he goes abroad because there's an invitation from event promoters.
But you can't see him show off.
What a funny guy.
So there you have it, those are some key points that you can apply to your life even with emails, and if you want to master the skills that only a few people dare to understand deeply and earn from…

How to Become a Millionaire by Age 30

Follow these ten steps to get -- and stay -- rich during the earliest stage of your career.
BY GRANT CARDONE • MAR 6, 2019

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

Getting rich and becoming a millionaire is a taboo topic. And saying it can be done by the age of 30 seems like a fantasy.

Well, it shouldn't be taboo and it is possible. At the age of 21, I got out of college, broke and in debt. And by the time I was 30, I was a millionaire.

Here are the 10 steps I took to become a millionaire. Follow them and by age 30, you will be one, too.

Follow the money.

You can not save your way to millionaire status. The first step is to focus on increasing your income in increments and repeating that. My income was $3,000 a month and nine years later it was $20,000 a month. Start following the money and it will force you to control revenue and see opportunities.

Don’t show off -- show up!

I didn't buy my first luxury watch or car until my businesses and investments were producing multiple secure flows of income. I was still driving a Toyota Camry when I became a millionaire. Be known for your work ethic, not the trinkets that you buy.

Save to invest, don’t save to save.

The only reason to save money is to invest it. Put your saved money into secured, sacred (untouchable) accounts. Never use these accounts for anything, not even an emergency. This will force you to continue to follow step one, which is to increase income. To this day, at least twice a year, I am broke because I always invest my surpluses into ventures that I cannot access.

Avoid debt that doesn’t increase your cash flow.

Make it a rule that you never use debt that won't make you money. I borrowed money for a car only because I knew it could increase my income. Rich people use debt to leverage investments and grow cash flows. Poor people use debt to buy things that make rich people richer.

Treat money like a jealous lover.

Millions wish for financial freedom, but only those that make it a priority have millions. To get rich and stay rich you will have to make it a priority. Money is like a jealous lover. Ignore it and it will ignore you, or worse, it will leave you for someone who loves it more!

Outwork your competition.

Money doesn't know about clocks, schedules or holidays -- and you shouldn't either. Money loves people that have a great work ethic. When I was 26 years old, I was in retail and the store I worked at closed at 7 p.m. Most times you could find me there at 11 p.m. making an extra sale. Never try to be the smartest or luckiest person -- just make sure you outwork everyone.

Being poor makes no sense.

I have been poor, and it sucks. I have had just enough to get by, and that sucks almost as bad. Eliminate any and all ideas that being poor is somehow okay. Go to war with being broke! To quote General George S. Patton, "Success is how you bounce on the bottom."

Get a millionaire mentor.

Most of us were brought up middle class or poor and then hold ourselves to the limits and ideas of that group. I have studied millionaires to learn their mindset and principles and I duplicated what they did. Get your own personal millionaire mentor and study them. Most rich people are extremely generous with their knowledge and their resources.

Get your money to do the heavy lifting.

Investing is the golden goose for becoming a millionaire. You should make more money off your investments than from your work. The second company I started required a $50,000 investment. That company has paid me back that $50,000 every month for the last 10 years. My third investment was in real estate. I started with $350,000, which was a large part of my net worth at the time. I still own that property today and it continues to provide me with income. Investing is the only reason to do the other steps, and your money must work for you and do your heavy lifting.

Shoot for $10 million, not $1 million.

The single biggest financial mistake I've made was not thinking big enough. I encourage you to go for more than a million. There is no shortage of money on this planet, only a shortage of people thinking big enough.

Apply these 10 steps and they will make you rich. Steer clear of people that suggest your financial dreams are born of greed. Avoid get-rich-quick schemes, be ethical, never give up, and once you make it, be willing to help others get there, too.

So it's been several years now that I worked as a Freelancer and half of those times I spent alone living by myself.
And living by yourself have some benefits and today I'm going to talk about it.

So one thing I think is a benefit in my opinion is having what I call "Sacred Independence" where you don't need other people to live.
And I think it adds up to your sexiness especially if you're single na ready jumingle. (ahaha)

Because being a self-sufficient, self-reliant individual, you actually help not just yourself but the economy as well. Kasi yung kinikita ko ngayon not just on freelancing career is being invested to other businesses as well, that helps to create more jobs.

The 2nd benefit that I would like to mention is having "power".

Superpower?
No, but having a power over yourself.

You get to choose whom you want to be working with.

And you get to choose who you want to help with.

And you have the power to choose how you get treated not just by clients but by your friends, family, and peers.

Nobody can just pull you around somewhere else because you have that decision that you don't owe anyone or anything.

And it gives you a peace of mind that nobody can take away from you.

You can always say NO to those types of people, because basically, you don't need them, you don't owe them and they don't have power over you.

The third and last thing that I want to mention is.

You are far away from JUDGEMENTS…

Since you don't spend much of your time being around people.

Your relatives, friends, colleagues etc…

Whatever you do…is for your eyes only.

And nobody is judging your every move.

What you say…
What you eat…

What you own…
What you write is for yours and yours only.

You've very far away from marites who are constantly looking for something to talk about.
And even they can talk about you from miles away.

It cannot and will not affect you because…

You don't encounter them almost every day.

So whether they can talk behind your back.

And put you down someplace else.

You just DON'T CARE. :)

And I guess, besides money, fame, and material things.

That I guess is priceless for my well-being and psychological health.

Death is the Reminder that Living a Safe Life Isn't Safe at All
---
Remembering that you're going to die soon is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose, you're already naked there is no reason not to follow your heart - Steve Jobs
So I was watching clips about an earthquake with magnitude 7.+ hitting Japan and it says that the quake instantaneously kills 7 people.
With all the safety measures being implemented in Japan still, there's 7 people who died just seconds after it hits.
It's 7 people with souls and dreams.
And I ask further, do they live their dreams before they die?
Nakamit kaya nila yung buhay na gusto nila bago man lang sila mamatay?
And that goes for me too.
Every day, I question myself whether I'm doing what I wanted and whether I'm living my dream or not.
And whenever I think of it I always think of Death.
And one day I'm going to have it, might as well take some risk and pursue what I wanted.
It's always my equalizer that whatever I'm going to do with life every day, I'm going to do what I want.
What I dream of doing.
Because it changes my perspective.
It helps me not to procrastinate because I know my time here is limited.
It also reminds me not to waste it.
It makes me do what God intends me to do.
And it helps me do more, become more, and earn more.
Because I know for a fact, that my dreams don't want to be kept waiting.

I got this from my inbox and I just want to share this.
This is not may original content.

"Pede kaya mag VA kahit ndi ganung kafluent mag english. At ano po kayang ppede sakin…hindi po ako magaling sa English pero kaya ko naman makipag usap.

Mas ok sana kung non-voice sir, baka may alam ka jan?

Okay to answer your question, my beloved subscriber…
I do know some non-voice jobs and I can give you a picture here so you can choose what's right and what works for you…

1 - Graphic Design - if you're the type of individual who enjoys art and pictures, this can be for you.

2 - General Admin VA - if you have a natural gift na maging sunod-sunuran sa mga amo this is for you.

3 - Social Media Specialist - If you have a deep understanding of how to be an influencer or you're already doing it, this might work for you.

4 - Web Designers - If you're kinda techy and have an IT background maybe you might want to try this one.

5 - Email Marketing Specialist - if you're a slacker na gusto mo lagi efficiency and enjoy playing games, and doing something personal things first before you do your job

But still get paid handsomely, because you have a highly paid nonvoice skill that attracts customers, clients, and businesses without you working 8 hours a day on a s**t.
