✨💚What can we say about 2021?

A year of growth, a year of learning, definitely a year of expansion, and a year of realizations.

2021 turned out to be more challenging than we all expected it to be. As a team of two, we started with so much doubts and we won't deny that we're still on the process of organizing and finalizing all the whatnots of our virtual services. But despite all the struggles, we're still blessed to have people believing and supporting us.

We may not have reached most of our milestones, but we are confident that our few small wins are still worthy of a celebration. As we near the closing of this year, we'd like to express our gratitude to our clients, friends, and family. Thanks for believing in us and all the positive support.

💚They say, "Authenticity is key to a happy, healthy, and more meaningful existence. Just being yourself sounds so easy, yet it's surprisingly hard to do." Women, in particular, may have a tough time with authenticity.

Social media has a big impact on our society nowadays, we often see successful people posting their achievements, their day-to-day lives all those beautiful things that happened to them. But we never saw them posting their failures in life. Because they think they will get bashed and will lessen their followers etc..

-My suggestion is to write a list of 100 things you want to do and then start ticking them off.

-This isn’t something you should just make a half-hearted attempt at. If you want to quit social media, even just for a short time, make sure you’re committed.

Have you tried promoting your Lead Magnet Ideas? And which social media platform worked well?

Remembering that how you promote it will differ across platforms. And whichever platforms you’ve chosen to be present on, that’s where you’ll need to promote your lead magnet.

💚On Instagram, you could do a post about it, or an Instagram story about it, or you might have a link to it in your bio.

💚On Facebook, you might record a video about the broader topic and then at the end give a call to action to download your freebie.

The main thing is that you don’t want to come across as overly sale-sy, so try to make sure that the language you’re using is on-brand and focus more on what your audience will gain from downloading it.

🎯What problem is it solving?
🎯What expected result can they get from it?

But most importantly focus on a few good platforms where your audience is present, rather than spreading yourself thinly across way too many platforms.

❗️❗️ It's never too late❗️❗️

When I was working in a BPO Industry, my only dream was to go home safe and be with my kids right after my shift. Too shallow right? And of course to buy some fancy stuff after I received my pay. Very simple.

Until one day, I realize. I want more! I want to dream big, not just for myself but for my family. I even consider applying abroad and work as an OFW. I have this thinking that if I want to buy my own house, car, and own a business, I need to work abroad.

I start to ask myself. How can I start living my dreams and make it happen. I want to live my dreams and, at the same time be able to see my kids 24/7.

So, I've done my research. And one time, I saw my friends comment on one of the groups on FB about . I got curious. And from there, I was inspired and amazed by this group. I started to join more groups. I even enroll in a course that will help me to upgrade my skills. I've met a lot of amazing moms that are willing to help.

I know I still have more things to learn and accomplish as a and . But at least I'm close to it.

We have to decide for ourselves when we would want to make our dreams part of our reality. It is up to us to make it happen.

Everyone would love to create and live the life they desire. Do you agree?

We now live in a world where when you search online, scroll through your social feeds, you are being guided by an algorithm that understands your consumption habits perhaps more than you do.

You may be completely unaware of when an algorithm is at work. They act seamlessly between yourself and the task at hand. Algorithms are there to help you.

Social media algorithms are becoming central to everything you do. Often misunderstood and occasionally inaccurate but always on and always learning.

This means whether by design or by personal choice, social media algorithms have allowed us to create filters to see content we want and remove everything else we don’t.

But how this really works in gram.

Content Quality Scoring :

✔️ Do you post frequently?
✔️Do you established community?
✔️Are you actively engaging?
✔️Are you using location?
✔️Are you using hashtags?

This means whether by design or by personal choice, social media algorithms have allowed us to create filters to see the content we want and remove everything else we don’t.

❔Do people spend a lot of time on it?
❔Is it being shared in the DM's?

For the past few weeks, our country Philippines has suffered from an inexhaustible number of deadly typhoons and earthquakes and not to mention the pandemic is still out there.

It's heartbreaking to see what's happening around us. When I saw the news, on my social media pages. I can't help but cry and feel sorry for the loss of someone. I wish I was there to help and lend them a hand.

I know this too shall pass, and I still believe that it happens for a reason.

Let's be a better human being, if there's something we can do to help let's not hesitate to do it. Small things count. And always, always pray whether the situation is good or bad. Let's not lose hope. After all, "there's a rainbow always after the rain"

And it's never too late to start again.
