Stirfry string beans with mince meat
Ing:string beans
Minced pork
Garlic
Darksoysauce
Sugar
Black vinegar

In a bowl,mix the minced meat and 1tbsp of darksoysauce and 1tsp of sugar.set aside
Remove some strips of the string beans and cut it.deep fry the ztring beans until it become wrinkled and a little bit brown.remove from oil and set aside.in a fan saute garlic and add the minced pork when you see the color of of kinc3d pork change,you can add the fried string beans,,add 2tbsp of darksoysauce and 1tbsp of black vinegar,,qnd its done..
Yoy have now a healthy food

Steam radish with mince meat

Ing.radish
Mince meat
Green onion
Redbell pepper
Garlic
Ginger
2tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp soysauce
1tbsp oil
11/2tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp of sugar
1tbsp of salt
Prep..
Cut the radish into a thin ciçle slice
Put 1tbsp of salt and sugar..then set aside..let the water extract comes out from the radish..while waiting..lets make the mince meat....just mix all the left ingredients into a bowl and add the mince meat.. when the radish is ready,,wash this and drain....fold the thin circle slice of radish into half,,and add an exact amount of well mixed minced meat,like what you see in the picture...steam this for about 30mins.
