An encourager needs an encouragement too 🥺

I have been fighting my battles silently, this past few days.
I even asked my self,
“When will someone encourage me?"
"Why can't anyone see I need an encouragement too?"

I see myself as an encourager.
I love to encourage others. But I get weary, tired and burned out too 🥺

While I was focused on myself, God spoke gently and graciously to me.
He spoke truth to my heart.

"I need to get my strength from Him"
"I need to give myself a break"
"I need to soak myself in God‘s words"

To every encourager, when we feel like we are running out of strength, we must turn our eyes to our Heavenly Father.

Take time to rest and recharge, and seek out the encouragement you need for yourself from someone you trust.

Encouraging others can be draining, we often long for others to come along and encourage us.

He has given us this gift of encouragement to give to others.
Then we must go to Him for refilling so that we can go out and fill others too.

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” Isaiah 43:2

May we all find peace in our Lord Jesus Christ.
