Dota 2 Tournament Details

- Online dota 2 tournament for a cause
- 50k guaranteed prize
- 1k entry fee per team
- Captain's mode
- No pro players allowed
- Single round robin per group on a best of 2 per match, maximum of 4 groups
- Top 2 teams with most points each group will advance to the playoffs upper bracket
- Teams that will lose in the upper bracket will play in the lower bracket
- Winner bracket and Lower bracket finalists will meet at the championship round
- All playoff games will be on a best of 3 win format expcept for the finals with a best of 5 win format
- Point system is as follows: 2-0= 2 points, 1-1= 1 point, 0-2 = 0 points
- 5 players per team w/ 1 reserved player
- Video call via messenger should be active during matches
- In case of connection issue, pause time will be observed in 3 instances only per game (3 minutes each or 1 instance of 9 minutes)
- if the player can't reconnect back in the given time, remaining players can continue the match and can use inactive player's hero
- In an event a team can't attend to their scheduled match, opponent will automatically win by default and be given 2 points
- Match schedule will be posted in the Pinoy Dota 2 Tambayan page
- Rules may change during the tournament if necessary

- I want to ensure you that we care about safety of every customer's account and we track every update from valve regarding smurf detection.

- There aren't much information in how they detect smurfs yet but they gave some main points for us and we know how to deal with it.

-We are sure that there is no risk of getting a ban if your account is suddenly being played from another IP or on another server. We have tried that on our own accounts and we are sure it is totally safe for now.

- We don't see any problem with it as we simply mix good KDA matches with normal KDA matches or even lose some game on purpose. Also we boost in team now and we are switching roles in matches so smurf detection system can't track it.

- We plan to boost on different heroes to make sure auto-detection can't spot 1 hero spammers. Also we plan to play switch roles during boosting to make sure K/D/A/ and other stats will match 'average'
