Governor Jeremias “Jerry” Singson, personally give his overwhelming gratitude, to the Philippine Coffee Guild, Department of Trade and Industry, and most especially to Ms. Jamaica Diamante, who personally attended the Ilocos Sur Coffee Festival 2023, and bought the unsuccessful bid of our rank 3 PCQC.

Ms. Jamaica Diamante is a member of Philippine Coffee Guild, a Q Robusta Grader, and a good samaritan from Cebu City, that saved the unsuccessful bidding of our coffee farmer that won 3rd Place from the Philippine Coffee Quality Competition 2023-

| Ilocos Sur gov't to stage 5-day coffee festival for local growers

VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur (PIA) — The Ilocos Sur Coffee Festival returns for its second year with a grander celebration of five days to boost the local coffee industry.

This was organized by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in partnership with the Ilocos Sur Export Enterprise and Development (ISEED) Marketing Cooperative.

It will be conducted at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center in this city from November 20 to 24, 2023.
