Ube decadence Dessert Recipe 💜

Ingredients:
300 ml all purpose cream cream
200 ml evaporated milk milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1 pack unflavoured powdered gelatine(or equivalent unflavoured powdered gelatine good for 500 ml liquid)
ube halaya or ube cake, frozen

Instructions
1. In a saucepan over low heat pour cream, milkand sugar. Gently cook in low temperature until sugar dissolves, do not let it boil.

2. Add the unflavoured powdered gelatine mix well to dissolve. Set is aside.

3. Prepare 2 llaneras, grate around 1/2 cup of ube halaya/ube cake then sprinkle it evenly on both llaneras. Evenly divide the hot creammixture on both llaneras then let it cool. Once it cools down place it in the refrigerator then let it chill overnight.

4. Carefully remove jelly in llaneras, place in a serving plate then grate a generous amount of frozen ube halaya/ube cake on top. Serve

‼️Pork Sinigang Recipe‼️

Ingredients:

1 kg pork belly or pork ribs, cut into chunks
8 cups water
1 medium onion, quartered
2 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 radish (labanos), sliced into rounds
1 bundle string beans (sitaw), cut into 2-inch pieces
1 medium eggplant, sliced
1 cup kangkong (water spinach) or spinach
1 packet tamarind soup mix (or 1/2 cup fresh tamarind juice)
2 green chilies (siling haba) (optional)
2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil the pork:
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the pork, onion, and tomatoes. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the pork becomes tender. Skim off any foam or impurities from the surface.

2. Add the vegetables:
Add the radish and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the eggplant and string beans, cooking for another 5 minutes.

3. Season the soup:
Add the tamarind soup mix or fresh tamarind juice, and stir well. Adjust the sourness to your taste.

4. Enhance the flavor:
Add fish sauce, green chilies (if using), and salt to taste. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the leafy greens:
Turn off the heat and add the kangkong or spinach. Let it wilt in the residual heat.

6. Serve:
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy your Pork Sinigang hot with steamed rice.

EMBUTIDO RECIPE 💕

Ingredients
▢ 2 lbs. ground pork
▢ 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
▢ ¼ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
▢ 2 pieces eggs
▢ 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
▢ 1 piece red bell pepper minced
▢ 1 cup raisins
▢ 1 cup carrots minced
▢ 1 cup onion minced
▢ 2 teaspoons salt
▢ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
▢ 2 cups bread crumbs

Combine all the ingredients.
Mix altogether until well blended.
Wrap the mixture using aluminum foil. Take half of the meat mixture and flatten it on of the foil, covering about a half.
Place the sausages and hard boiled eggs on the middle of the flattened meat.
Roll the foil so that the meat forms a cylinder or log, locking the sausage and egg in the center. Twist the ends of the foil to lock.
Steam for 50-60 minutes.
After being steamed and cooled, they can be frozen and they can last at least a month.
Fry them before eating served with hot steamed rice dipped in ketchup or sweet chili sauce.
