RAIJHIN THUNDERKEG, the pride and product of University of San Carlos - Talamban Campus, reigned as the country's best MLBB student players! Side-by-side with their group stage 100% game rate Yesterday, the Thundrkegs lived up to their supporters’ expectations! The team made the biggest possible comeback after defeating all of their enemies in the lower bracket and still brought home the trophy, BREN style! ⚡️

Not far from behind, and still, from the dominating region, EVSU-TC’s OXYCLE and FRIENDS were definitely a team to beat bagging the 1st runner up! The Visayan strong competition made a huge early lead winning the first two upper bracket matches. The team had to be the most rested among all finalists and still bagged a glorious silver podium finish.

Teams from Technological University of the Philippines- Manila and Ateneo de Davao University also made history after being included in the Philippines’ top four. Gearhwaks Red from TUP-M bagged the bronze medal while ADDU’s Titanium Esports was awarded the third runner up.

Not only are the two teams from Visayas the best of the group stage and playoffs but they are, in fact, the best MLBB student players in the Philippines!

Indeed, the Visayans rule! And they have once again proved it! 📣

THE BIG 8 IS ON FIRE 🔥 BUT VISAYAS IS CREATING THE HEAT! ⚡️

THE VISAYAN TEAMS ARE TODAY’S FLAMEKEEPERS AS THEY BURNT EACH AND EVERY OPPONENT ON THEIR RESPECTIVE GROUPS ON THE GROUND. IS THIS THE VISAYAN RECKONING?

⚡️Blazing with heat and intimidation, two god-tier teams from USC-TC and EVSU-TAC finished the grand opening day of School Rival’s Nationals, topping the group stage with their burning 100% game win rate, for Group A and B, respectively.

⚡️With their massive lead ahead of their other three group mates, Raijin Thunderkeg of Group A secured a place in the upper bracket. At the same time, is not a far cry as student gamers from University of the Philippines Diliman have bought themselves a ticket to the nicer route. UPD UP TOKI, together with Raijin Thunderkeg, is now a sure Upper Bracket Finalist.

⚡️Coming on behind the top two finishers of Group A are the GEARHWAKS RED from Technological University of the Philippines Manila (TUP M) with 1 game won and 2 losses, while the last team with no games won out of three-series games, NDU has a lot to catch up on these coming days.

⚡️Group B’s Oxycle and Friends from EVSU-TAC met the same fate as group A’s top finishers winning a sweep—3 out of 3 series games— and nabbing the first rank from ADDU Titanium Esports (66.7% game win rate). Both of these teams will advance to the Finals with ease at their back as they complete the four upper bracket finalists.

⚡️Titanium Esports came short with only one win to tie out with series B top-notcher but still have a lot of opportunities to catch up. After all the group stage is just the beginning of the ever-awaited grand finals. FEU and BIHS scored 5 and 0 respectively completing the team standing for Group B.
