ONLINE WORK OUT SESSION.
My height is 5ft. My ideal weight 100lbs to 105lbs. I got slipped disc L4, L5 and S1. Right now I weight 125lbs. Everytime I am heavier I am getting really bad lower backpain. 😭
I started an online work out with the help of coach Ellaine my former coach at Curves Gym.

French community got an event at Peninsula Manila. Free shows to like us passersby. There was no taxi back to Glorietta. I asked a female hotel staff for direction if we will walk. She said it is a 5 minute walk🤣. The probinsyana adventure in the city.🤣🤣🤣
