Sexy Arm and Back Workout💪🔥
15 reps × 2 sets each workout.
Using Resistance Bands and 5lbs pair of dumbells.

Do it slowly and nicely.
Don't forget to do stretching before and after workout.
Drink lot of water👌

Dati sobrang payat at walang tone ang mga braso ko. After 1 month (yes, 1 month pa lang po ako nag arm workout. Nag focus po kasi ako sa legs, butt and abs workout) Hindi pa ganun kalaki at visible ang difference pero "NO MORE PAYAT na braso na ako" Tone and medyo lumaki na ang mga arms ko kahit papaano. Hindi na rin ako masyado hirap sa 5lbs na pair ng dumbells😊👌

P.s wag kayo mainis kung may post na naman ako. Proud lang talaga ako sa mga changes ng katawan ko. I trained and worked hard for it💪👌

Grow your b***y with Glute Bands Workout🍑
☑️ Do your stretching before and after workout.
☑️ Use Glute Bands to increase strength and intense ( Im using Medium Level of power bands)
☑️ Do it slowly and nicely
☑️ If 15 reps × 4 sets is easy for you, you can add the repetition.
☑️ Don' t forget to drink water for rehydration.
