Siguro hindi lang ako sanay na turing sakin ng Boss or client ko ay kaibigan. Madalas ung nagiging boss ko in the past is ang turing sakin is pag-aari.

Yung tipong dahil sinasahuran ka nila is parang nabili nadin nila ung pagkatao mo. Yung pag nagkamali ka, magagalit agad at sesermunan ka hanggang pagsisihan mo ung pagkakamali mo.

Hanggang sa mawalan kana ng kompyansa sa sarili mo. Na dapat mafeel mo na incompetent ka hanggang sa matagalan kana uli mag bounce back kasi lumaki na ung inferiority complex mo.

Ngayon naniniwala na ako na hindi lahat about money. Kahit maliit lang ung rate ko sa client na to, hindi ko siya iiwan hanggang kaya ko siya tulungan. This client teach me how to respect myself. Na hindi mo deserve ang malupit na boss or client. Na mas mahalaga ang peace of mind kesa sa laki ng sahud. I know this client will give me what I deserve, hindi palang ganun kalaki ang income ng business niya pero I know how fair and generous he is.

Just a piece of advise sa taong pinagdaan na ang lahat ng worst na trabaho at boss. Kung ngayon hindi maganda ung pakikitungo sayo ng boss or client mo, JUST LEAVE. Hindi mo deserve yang boss na yan. You have a freedom to leave and maghanap ng boss or client na deserve mo. trust me, wort it yung hirap na maghanap ng matinung boss/client kesa pagtiisan mo yang malahalimaw na boss mo ngayonโ€ฆ

I stumble upon these questions, being a person who despises those who fake their credentials. I ask myself, how can I identify one? Iโ€™m far from being an expert, but I know that I'm proficient in what I do.

As I observe the industry today, fake experts will quickly showcase the strategies they claim to employ for all their clients, promising the same results in a short amount of time. I'm not passing judgment; perhaps they achieved success with previous clients. However, claiming that a single strategy will work for every client, even within the same industry and market, is flawed. I assure you, every business faces unique problems depending on their level and assets. Don't promise a client with 200 email leads that you can secure 10 clients in a month, or claim that 500 social media followers guarantee 5 clients in a month.

A true expert understands if you will succeed based on your assets. All they have to do is guide you on what to do with those assets by creating a winning system. A genuine expert knows how to manage your expectations based on the level of your business. A fake expert will only tell you what you want to hear, not what may be uncomfortable to hear!

Ever wonder how those design wizards keep their creative juices flowing endlessly? It's a mystery to me too! Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed by the pressure to make designs that truly stand out and convert eyeballs into leads.

After two years in the game, my anxiety still skyrockets when I think about how others perceive my work. But you know what?
