GRATITUDE — ✨ Makukuha mo nga ba sya kapag nakuha mo ang gusto mo? Kelan nga ba?

Gratitude is a great multiplier. Gratitude begins with the simple words — thank you! Ayan yun, but you have to feel grateful with all your heart, hindi lang sya basta sinabi mo.

The more you start to say thank you (with feelings) mas lagi ka napupunta sa state na masaya at kilig which are states ng ABUNDANCE or SUCCESS — and the more love you give outside as you are an appreciative person — the more it goes back to you.

📝 There are 3 ways to use the power of gratitude in your life:

1. Be grateful for everything you have received in your life (past).

2. Be grateful for everything you are receiving in your life (present).

3. Be grateful for what you want in your life, as though you have received it (future).

If you use gratitude a little, your life will change a little. Damihan mo na besh para marami ding pagbabago sa buhay mo. Sasabihin mong grateful ka not just in words pero yung nanginginig sa kilig ang katawan mo sa sobrang pasasalamat mo.

Do it everyday, every moment until maturuan mo yung subconscious and body mo na maging normal state mo yan. Ang bili magmamanifest ng gusto mo.

People are putting it out and throwing it around
So if ever somebody is putting you down
It means that the are just throwing their trash at you
So, why would you pick them up?
You don’t have to go down to their level
Don’t allow yourself to be filled with trash
And have your humanity be rotten!!!
All of us should fill ourselves with happy and positive things.
We should not collecting trash!!!
And never take the trash that others are throwing at you
When somebody throws their garbage at you
Don’t take it personally
