Hi guys! I just want to share this new recipe we tried for this fried chicken. Instead of using the usual flour for the breading, we went with cornstarch, and it turned out so crispy!

So here's what you'll need:
🥘 Cornstarch
🥘Salt and pepper for seasoning
🥘Breadcrumbs for extra crunch
🥘Egg to bind everything together.

First, season your chicken with salt and pepper. Then, dip it in beaten egg. Next, coat it with the cornstarch and breadcrumbs mixture. Make sure it's evenly coated for that perfect crunch.

Finally, fry the chicken until golden brown, and you're all set! Trust me, the cornstarch gives it an amazing crisp, and the breadcrumbs add a nice texture. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
