My advice to other disabled people would be, concentrate on things your disability doesn’t prevent you doing well, and don’t regret the things it interfered with. Don’t be disabled in spirit as well as physically.

salamat po minsang naaantig ko mga puso niyo ang tunay na matapang hindi sa pakikidigmaan kundi sa paghamon sa buhay pra mtagumpayan ang pngarap para sa mga minamahal ntin sa buhay
at alam niyo kung ano ang isa sa naging inspirasyon ko walang iba kung hindi 'KAYO' kayo na syang walang swang ngmmhal at sumusuporta 😭😭😭😭 anim na buwan na nakalipas masakit man sa isipan kailangan nting lumaban anu man mangyari ipagkatiwala natin ang ating buhay sa diyos na lumikha..laban lang tuloy ang buhay kahit ikaw man ay may kapansanan hindi ito hadlang sa lahat upang magpatuloy ka sa mga pangarap mo ..putol man paa ko iisa man ang pinagtatayuan ng buong katwan ko titiisin ko kung pweding gumapang ako matupad lang mga pangarap ko para sa pamilya ko😭😭

Hello po ako po si MA. LOURDES C. MARTIN 25 YEARS OLD from Padapada sta. ignacia,tarlac

Ako po ay anim na buwan ng amputee ..biktima po ako ng lindol na naganap nung April 22,2019 sa porac, pampanga. Hindi po ako mailabas sa beam na bumagsak sa hita ko sa chuzon supermarket kaya ngdecide po ako para sa srili ko na ipaputol ang hita ko pero ang ginamit po ay lagaring bakal pra maputulan ako tiniis ko sa sobrang sakit na parang kinakatay ako ng buhay tiniis ko para sa pamilya ko para makita pa nila akong buhay. Isa po ako sa breadwinner ng pamilya ko wala pong trabaho mga magulang ko kaya ako lang po inaasahan nila pero ngayon diko pa magawang mgtrabaho dahil wala pa po akong artificial leg sana po matulungan niyo ako kasi kailangan po ako ng pamilya ko pra mtulungan ko sila..
