When trying to decide what will be in my breakfast smoothie, it’s important that I have to keep on my mind the health concerns of my pcos. The trick to building a healthy smoothie for me will be to add in more healthy fat, protein and fiber. This will keep me feeling full longer and satiating.
It’s about eating a good variety of nutrient-dense foods to cover the wide variety of nutrients I need.

We all get into ruts with our eating – and snacking is no exception. But it’s actually pretty simple to put together a healthy snack. Ideally, a healthy snack should consist of some “good” carbohydrates (or a healthy fat) and a bit of protein. The protein helps to satisfy your hunger, and the healthy carbs (like fruits, vegetables and whole grains) have water and fiber in them, so they help to fill you up.
Here's my snack smart version😋;
Banana
F1 nutritional shake/powder in dutch choco - vanilla mix
Rolled oats
Chia seeds
Flaxseeds
Peanut butter
Raisins
Pinch of salt
I yield 10 healthy chewy cookie, yum!🍪😍😋 This is good for breakfast also!
