1. Not uploading enough and enticing pictures

-- At a minimum, provide 3 pictures of the product you're offering. If possible, invest in the photos you're going to upload by hiring a photographer and get good photos of your products.

2. Not providing enough information about your product

-- Information is key and will influence a lot on the decision of your customers. So make sure to provide all necessary information so your customers can decide effectively when buying your product. This will also lessen inquiries that you'll have to manage as well.

3. Not decorating your online store

-- Decorating your online store will be your key attraction to bringing in more visitors and potential buyers to your store. Make sure it is nice to look at, provides the information needed, and shows the vouchers and discounts available in your store.

What does success look like for your clients?

When they book your cleaning service, what kind of results are you achieving for them?

You may communicate through one of these:

1. RELIEF - mostly moms are in charge of cleaning of the house and add that to taking care of their kids and some are also working, how frustrating can that situation be? With you in the picture, moms can relax and focus on their kids, work productively and have that sense of relief when their home has been cleaned already when they arrive home.

2. TIME - you are not just providing a clean home/environment for your clients, you are also giving more time for them and their family. Instead of cleaning, they can spend that time playing with their kids, preparing hearty meal for them, and spending more time with their spouse. TIME is a very valuable asset your clients can enjoy.

3. PRIDE - they will always love to flaunt their clean home and invite guests or their in-laws into it because they know it's been cleaned thoroughly. They will not feel guilty anymore about not having the time to clean before their guests or in-laws arrive.

Impress and Engage your Customers with Branded Content! ❤

How to achieve it?

1. The character -

This is what most businesses fail to see when branding and marketing their business. The customer is the HERO of the story, they are the reason your business exists and where revenues come from. It only makes sense to emphatize with them and know their story and their struggles. Most service businesses highlight the work they've done, the team and the owner, but doesn't highlight the customers who availed the service. Showcase them also and their story. Connect with them and future clients will easily relate to the story of your past customers.

2. Has a problem -

Customers/clients come to you because they have a problem. Figure out that problem. Get to know all the areas that need to be resolved so you know how to best overdeliver in your results.

3. Who meets a guide -

This is where you come in. We are merely a guide to a problem that needs solving. Even though service businesses do the job in actual sense, you are still a solutions provider - not the main character in the story. Show them how you can help them and the past clients you have previously worked on.

4. Who gives them a plan -

You can show this by explaining the work you do and this is exactly why your business was built - by helping clients resolve their problems at home or in business.

5. Calls them to action -

This is where you encourage them to take action and hit that "Book Now" and put a downpayment if needed.

6. That helps them avoid failure -

By helping them picture out their reality of an unclean and unhealthy home/environment that people are not enjoying and will stay that way if they don't do anything about it and take action.

7. Ends in success -

By showing them the ideal result of a newly cleaned environment that people would love to go to and spend some time there.

So get those results and check them against your goals. Are they in line?

If yes, then you're on the right track.
