Most of the time I use Amber's Aim Shot when dealing with a Ruin Guardian to target its core to shut it down. But not with Noelle, I go to a higher platform same height as the RG, enough to hit the core. I use her shield and charge attacks some times the single attacks depends on situation.
The RG most likely will use only its melee attacks, spinning attack and some clobbering. Those missiles will go out only if you are far away from its range. It's easy to dodge RGs attacks when its using melee.I usually jump down the platform when it uses the spinning and jumping attacks and return. It's like you're playing a tag with a robot. 😂
