UPDATE ON OUR TODAY'S VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT – ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS) HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA, WHERE HE IS STILL BEING ILLEGALLY, AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DETAINED IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT:

We visited Onyendu today, being 17th November, 2022, at the DSS headquarters, Abuja, to brief him on the status of our pending appeals before the Supreme Court.
During this insightful moment, we discussed matters of pertinent concerns as they relate to the success of our Court case, which details will remain private.

Onyendu reiterated his abhorrence of all forms of social vices and lawlessness, which he has consistently condemned, and preached against for so many years. Onyendu did not mince words in categorically stating, that the elements, who are presently undermining his directives are not the children of God. Rather, they are insignificant and misguided elements, on a hatchet mission, but he assured them that their evil agenda is dead on arrival, because Ezigbo UmuChineke are the children of light.

Furthermore, Onyendu reminded Ezigbo UmuChineke to take note that our land is sacred, being the centre of the World, and that from every indication, the devil’s desire is to desecrate our land and destroy it, hence, cautioned that Ezigbo UmuChineke should not give them room for that to happen. Onyendu also emphasized that our people should jealously guard our land, and not to destroy it.

Onyendu is still in disbelief that any true Son of the soil will participate in committing atrocious acts on our land, and still maintained that our enemies are behind the ongoing carnage.

Onyendu particularly, implored Ezigbo UmuChineke, to acknowledge very strongly, that any message coming from his Attorneys should be treated with every sense of responsibility and acceptance as coming from his good self. To this end, Onyendu implored Ezigbo UmuChineke to remain more focused, and desist from paying underserved attention to detractors, who are relentlessly seeking to destroy the legacy he has laboured to build over the years.

Onyendu reiterated that resoluteness, uncommon solidarity, and unshaken loyalty to his message of peace, and allied messages coming from his formidable structure should remain the guiding principle for Ezigbo UmuChineke. It is his ultimate desire to see our land develop at fast pace, as there is no proper economic development in the South-East region.

Also, Ezigbo UmuChineke are reminded to note that the enemies, who are fighting like wounded lions at this point we are making serious progress towards Onyendu’s total freedom, are not alone, because their evil wish is for him to remain incarcerated. Otherwise, there is no explanation for their unruly behaviour.

Onyendu further directed every Ezigbo UmuChineke, to take out time to carefully read the British Government’s legal documents, filed in response to his Suit against the British Authority in the United Kingdom.
A cursory glimpse at these processes will simply reveal to all and sundry an interesting lesson. You will understand that the reason as to why the British Government has not firmly intervened in a case affecting their citizen, is because they despise our people. This is the extent to which our enemies can go.

Nevertheless, Onyendu continued to urge for total restraint and circumspection among Ezigbo UmuChineke. He assured you all, that he is very optimistic of a fruitful outing at the Supreme Court, trusting in the power of the Almighty ChukwuOkike Abiama. He thanked Ezigbo UmuChineke who have not detoured from his guiding principles, while assuring you all that your uncommon solidarity and relentless prayers have continued to sustain him, and he is indeed, profoundly grateful to you all.

Onyendu stated that your compliance with his message of peace will serve a very positive outcome and grant him the desired peace, even in incarceration, and directed Ezigbo UmuChineke to memorize his four critical creeds, earlier circulated in our last update and continue to abide by it.

The Court per His lordship Hon. Justice Binta Nyako, is in agreement with us that it lacks the jurisdiction to entertain any further charge against Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, in view of the landmark judgment of the Court of Appeal.

The matter was consequently adjourned sine die pending the outcome of the appeal at the Supreme Court.

We are winning !
Supreme Court here we come!

No going back on ONYENDU’s freedom.
Our appeal to set aside the order staying the ex*****on of Onyendu’s judgment will be fixed for hearing any moment from now.

We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of the great liberator and prophet, Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU condemn the unguided statement from Prof. Akintoye during his BBC interview where he ignorantly refered to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a noise maker while praising Sunday Igboho.

It's unfortunate that this old man whom our leader and IPOB hold at a high esteem will stoop so low to speak like a Nigeria paid agent. Prof Akintoye should understand that Mazi Nnamdi KANU is the only man that put fear in the Fulanized Government of Nigeria. For him to refer to our Leader as a noise maker shows the level of hatred he has for our Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. If Prof. Akintoye's boy, Sunday Igboho and Yoruba agitators are making noise, Mazi Nnamdi KANU and IPOB are not. We are in a serious business in our quest for the restoration of Biafra.

The old Professor with Nigeria divide and rule mentally has been working with enemies of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to discredit IPOB's movement. Paid agent, Akintoye worked with Tony Nnadi on their irrelevant Lower Niger Republic or Congress project or whatever name they called it and woefully failed. Today he has started working with Simon Ekperima and boosting his ego to frustrate IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. They don't understand that we are resolute and have dismantled all past enemies and obstacles that have stood in our way. We will overcome and dismantle them too, shortly.

It is all a part of Fulanized Nigeria government's plans to find people who will make noise about Biafra while their target is to harm our leader, Mazi Nnamdi KANU. None of them is looking for freedom but want to hoodwink the public while planning on how to harm IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU.

We assure them and their sponsors that they will fail again and again.

We also wish to remind Koiki Media to keep to their lane in their Oduduwa struggle. As much as we support Oduduwa struggle by using our social media platforms to promote them, we do not in any way claim alliance with them. They should not start any media wars with IPOB, otherwise our media worriors will take them out of the media space. IPOB freedom movement lead by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a freedom struggle for all the oppressed people in Nigeria but we will not tolerate any form of sabotage from those same people.

Moreso, we want to state again that IPOB lead by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has nothing to do with the so called Biafra government in Exile. IPOB has never authorized anybody to form Biafra Government in Exile while our leader is DSS detaintion. We have said before and we wish to say it categorically again that anybody forming government in exile is a criminal and any day we catch him or her, their name will be sorry. Sponsors and initiators of Government in Exile are power drunk people who want to displace Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and destroy the Biafra movement and our struggle for independence. We won't allow such to happen because we are the last line of defense against the enemies of the Indigenous Peoples in Africa.

The only official communication channels for IPOB are Emma Powerful (Media and Publicity Secretary), Radio Biafra, Mazi Chika Edoziem(HDOS), and Mazi Chinasa Nworu (member, DOS). IPOB does not have a spokesperson other than these mentioned above. Anyone claiming such position is an imposter, an infiltrator, and an agent provocateur.

IPOB is not a push over and anybody thinking he or she can be used to destroy IPOB should ask Nigeria government, "how far"? IPOB is a divine mandate from God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama to restore Biafra freedom and sovereignty. At the end of this journey, Biafra Nation will emerge.

Elder Mbazulike Amaechi is Dead. He died this morning, 1st of November 2022 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi, Anambra State.

Born on 16th June 1929, Elder Amaechi popularly known as The Boy Is Good , is an elder statesman who served as the first Minister of Aviation during the First Republic in Nigeria.

He died at the age of 93 yrs
May his soul rest in peace .

Adieu Papa ! We shall never forget all your efforts toward the plight of our people and the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is still being detained in the Nigeria DSS dungeon .

I hope you all are aware of what has been happening in Abuja since Monday? The US Embassy and British High Commission issued statements over the previous weekend alerting of imminent indiscriminate and widespread terrorist attacks in Abuja with targets including churches, schools, government buildings, embassies, markets, transport terminals and similar public places.

The two embassies warned American and UK citizens to stay indoors forthwith and keep their mobile phones handy in case of emergency. They further shut down their embassies making only skeletal operations available to their citizens alone.

On Monday the Information Minister rebutted the security advisory accusing America and Britain of fomenting panic in Abuja. Then from Tuesday events began to unfold. On Tuesday morning American soldiers and DSS stormed Phase 3, Trademore Estate, Lugbe, and conducted a sting operation which netted two terrorists from a boys quarter filled with explosives. Residents of Trademore said the terrorists were arming their bombs to attack three nearby churches, a Catholic church, Redeemed and Living Faith.

As at Thursday night , according to newspapers, 35 terrorists including 5 commanders have been arrested in different parts of Abuja by US soldiers and DSS. An initial arrest of one terrorist in front of US Embassy was made by a policeman on Saturday/Sunday. On Wednesday the US announced the evacuation of all her citizens and embassy staff from Abuja.

Since Monday, all western embassies in Abuja have been closed. Canada and others are evacuating their citizens from Abuja. All foreign agencies have closed. Jabi Mall is closed. All private schools closed on Monday but are being intimidated by the Fulani regime to reopen.

They have ordered public schools to remain open to create an appearance of normalcy and stability, but nobody is deceived. Abuja citizens are largely staying at home and the streets are not busy as usual.

Everybody is listening to the foreign embassies for instruction on what to believe or do. This morning the IG issued emergency numbers to citizens to call even though the administration is busy curating lies about the situation. My boy's school is closed for now under the guise of mid-term break and he is at home.

This is to warn all of us to be wary of our movements. .... should keep the children at home until we know what is going on. My reading of the security advisories from western embassies is that they are speaking over the heads of the Nigerian government to Abuja residents, having seen that the Fulani regime is uninterested in saving the lives of its citizens. Buhari slunk off to South Korea before the weekend, probably to be absent while the planned genocide unfolded.

The direct involvement of American soldiers in the on-going raids across the city (one is going on in Mararaba right now according to Vanguard and Punch) in my view speaks of their recognition of official involvement in the genocide of the past seven years, and their guilt in imposing Buhari on Nigerians. Otherwise they could have just secured their citizens and left.

Notice that each time the regime refutes their statement they make an announcement or take an action reinforcing their position. Please monitor private media and social media to know what is happening.

THE DSS AND THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT SHOULD ADHERE TO THE ORDER OF THE APPEAL COURT AND IMMEDIATELY RELEASE MAZI NNAMDI KANU AS ABUJA IS ABOUT TO FALL TO THEIR SPONSORED TERRORISTS- IPOB

The attention of the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been drawn to the possible fall of Abuja to thw Nigerian state sponsored terrorists in the coming days. The US and UK security intelligence reports concerning the fall of Abuja and Nigeria to the terrorists are real, but the Nigeria compromised Security Agencies particularly their Military and DSS are busy chasing armless and peaceful citizens of Biafra in Biafraland.

The ability and preparedness of the Nigeria security forces expecially the Military (Army, Navy & Airforce) to defend the territorial borders of Nigerian has been greatly sabotaged and detoriated to a level that will allow any foreign invader to walk into the Nigeria capital with little or no resistance from the Military. We are very much aware that the Fulani controlled Federal Government of Nigeria has concluded every arrangement to hand over the Government of Nigeria to their sponsored terrorists in the coming days.

IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been in the know of this sinister plan and have been harmering on it, but some so called Biafran elites and other ethnic groups have refused to listen and heed the clarion call by IPOB and it's leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU to divide Nigeria to save all of us from this ugly situation.

American and British governments have shut down their Embassies and have started evacuating their citizens in Abuja and its environs. If you're still in Abuja and still thinking this warning is a joke, you will have yourself to blame.

IPOB state unequivocally that the Nigeria Government and Malami must adhere to and implement the ruling of the Court of Appeal which declared the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU a free man discharged and acquitted of all spurious allegations and charges. *IPOB hereby declare that nothing untoward should happen to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu either in the DSS custody or shortly after his release because if there is any scratch on him, then the Fulani has entered into a debt that they will never finish paying till the end of time.*

IPOB is monitoring the Security situation in Abuja conscientiously and will unleash our own venomous action on them if they fail to release our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU.

We told them about this agenda to turn this country into a caliphate State since 2015 but some people refused to listen instead they called IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu war mongers. Real war is coming from the Agendist. Who will deliver the doubting Thomases?

American intelligence report about Abuja indicated that Abuja will fall in 190 hours from now and have commenced evacuation of their citizens from Nigeria.

IPOB advise British High Commissioner to ensure that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, a British citizen is evacuated along with the other British citizens in Nigeria. Britain should know that their citizen, Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been released by a competent Court of jurisdiction but still being illegally detained by terrorists enabling Nigeria Government. It will be shameful to the British Government if they evacuate other citizens and leave Mazi Nnamdi KANU in the hands of terrorists masquerading as DSS.

British Government should save themselves the embarrassment and regret by standing on the side of truth to divide Nigeria now and have their pride, honor and integrity in the world because Nigeria must disintegrate whether they like it or not. African Union leaders and ECOWAS leaders should help in the crises in Nigeria and consider that Igbos/Biafrans want to exit this bo***ge that Britain put us in with the beasts called the fulanis.

American government must prevail on British government to urgently put things in place to peacefully and orderly disintegrate Nigeria to their original Nations as they were before the evil amalgamation. As it is today there's nothing holding the people in Nigeria together. All the ethic groups are fed up with this forced union of death called Nigeria.

The evacuation of American and British citizens will disintegrate Nigeria and there is no going back. Afghanistan scenero is going to repeat itself in Nigeria. But let the Agendist understand that Biafrans will never be part of any Nation that will be held together by terrorists.

Biafrans in the North and at Abuja should be on high alert and if possible come home because the Agendist will allow their sponsored terrorists to take over the Government because they know that the upcoming *SELECTION* will not favour them.

Gunmen Attack Apostle Suleman’s Convoy, 4 Policemen And His Daughter Dead

Gunmen on Friday attacked the convoy of the Senior Pastor and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) International, Apostle Johnson Suleman.

According to reports gathered, the cleric’s convoy was ambushed by unknown gunmen on Warake road in Auchi, Edo State.

Four policemen, one driver and a little girl who is the cleric’s little daughter have been confirmed dead as of the time of filing this report.

Yesterday, the Federal Government brought its case against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, to the Supreme Court.

It has asked the supreme court to halt the ex*****on of the 13 October Court of Appeal ruling that freed the separatist group's leader.

The request is one of the reliefs in a motion for a stay of ex*****on filed yesterday by the office of the Attorney-General of the Federation before the supreme court (AGF).

The motion contained a seven-ground notice of appeal, in which the Federal Government not only faulted the lower court's decision but also pleaded for it to be overturned.

The appellant argued, among other things, that the Court of Appeal erred when it criticised the manner in which Kanu was returned to face trial after jumping bail and fleeing the country.

It also argued that the Court of Appeal erred when it dismissed the pending charge against Kanu on the grounds that the trial court lacked the jurisdiction to continue the trial due to the manner in which Kanu was returned to the country after allegedly jumping bail.

A date is pending for the hearing of the motion for a stay of ex*****on.

The Court of Appeal in Abuja ruled on Thursday that Kanu's return to Nigeria from Kenya and subsequent arraignment before a Federal High Court in Abuja for the continuation of his trial on pending terrorism charges were unlawful.

The three-member court panel also dismissed the Federal Government's terrorism charge against him, which was pending before the Federal High Court in Abuja.

The Appeal Court was of the opinion that the Nigerian government violated all known local and international laws in Kanu's forcible return to Nigeria, rendering the terrorism charge against him ineffective and unlawful.

Kanu had filed an appeal with the designation CA/ABJ/CR/625/2022 against a prior ruling by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja.

The incident occured at Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka local government area. Ubah of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) represents Anambra South.
