Sa haba ng 7 dekada - 2 pamilya lamang ang humawak sa lakas o kapangyarihan sa probinsya ng TARLAC. Ang mga Cojuangco at YAP.

2 na rin ang anak ng Tarlac ang naging PRESIDENTE (Corazon COJUANGCO Aquino at Benigno COJUANGCO Aquino III). Ganun pa man sobrang bagal ang progreso ng Probinsya natin.

Pagmasdan: 5 na ang CIUDAD ng Nueva Ecija samantalang iisa ang ciudad natin. Simbolo ng makupad na pag-unlad ng economia sa probinsya natin.

Sa Pangasinan: karatig din na probinsya - Dagupan, Lingayen, San Carlos, Urdaneta ay mga Ciudad na nagpapatunay na progresibo sila. NAGMUMUKANG KAWAWA tayo at laging nahuhuli.

GUMISING NA PO TAYO at ITATAG ANG MAKAMASANG LAKAS.

REPORMA AT PAGBABAGO ang sigaw ng kalooban ng nakakarami. Subukan natin ang mga bagong MUKHA AT ANYO.

OPINION KO LAMANG:

Pera ng mga taong bayan ang ginamit sa mga pinagawang PUBLIC CEMETARIES ng MONCADA pero hirap ang mamamayan na IPALIBING ang kanilang mahal na sa buhay - dahil hindi abot kaya ang sinisingil ng panahalaan.
Tuloy, pilit na pinangu-utang na lang ang pang-bayad.

Pera din ng bayan and pinang-bili ng mga AMBULANSYA.
Pero, hindi LIBRE ang pag-gamit.

Kung FIESTA naman, SOBRA ang pasikat. Pero kinu-kolectahan DAW ang bawat mga Barangay ng 100,000 pesos para tustusan ang PAPUTOK, ORCHESTRA at mga DECKORASYON, MARCHING BANDS at iba pa.

Sa aking pananaw - DAPAT UNAHIN ANG mga BASIC NEEDS NG TAONG BAYAN KAYSA puro gastos sa mga celebrasyon tulad ng MONCADA DAY, MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETING SA TAGAYTAY o PAMBILI NG MINIBUS NA MAY MARKANG MOBILE CLINIC PARA SASAKYAN NG COUNCILORS SA COURT HEARINGS NILA SA TARLAC RTC.

Sana magising na ang damdaming PAGBABAGO ang mga taong bayan .

Buti nanam at meron dito sa bayan na pribadong tumutulong sa kanyang mga kababayan. Balita ko meron siyang libreng PATIENT TRANSPORT

THE JOKE IS ON:

A Duterte recently cracked another one of their SURREAL JOKE. It was announced by VP Sarah that PFRRD and brother Congressman Paolo Duterte will run for Senator in the forthcoming midterm election while they are grooming Mayor Baste to run for president.

The distorted joke coming from no less than a VP of the land sounded serious and many were left wondering: HUH?

Expectedly, people had different reactions: From the Duterte supporters, it was HOORAY! The thinking others laughed and commented :
"This is HILARIOUS!" Others expressed FEAR saying: "We can't have those THUGS and bullies run this country".

This kind of dramatic-political-
Tragedy-cum- Comedy can ONLY HAPPEN IN THE PHILIPPINES!😉😝🤣

The Treaties of Westphalia 1648, which brought an end to the Thirty Years War, gave rise to the name “Westphalia,” which is now used in the field of international affairs.

It is generally accepted that it refers to an arrangement of states or a global society that includes aspects of sovereign states that possess the authority to impose their will inside their own borders.

The mechanisms for formalising strategic ties between heads of state and governments guide the manner in which states interact with one another, and international law is comprised of the agreements that are signed (and violated) by sovereign nations.
