LOOK: GMA News reporter Tina Panganiban Perez responds to former COMELEC official Goyo Larrazabal, saying that 'many people are in the dark' in the absence of ABS-CBN.
“You know what could have helped disseminate information about the incoming storm and how to get ready for it? ABS-CBN News. But they were denied a franchise. So now, many people are in the dark.”
