— for today’s matcha video we’re making my 2nd favorite matcha recipe 🤍 i wasnt really a fan of matcha back then, when i tried it i barely would finish a cup so when i started making mine at home i made sure i got small cups for smaller portions (half of what most people would normally drink). And i ended up loving it! I feel like most matchas in shops don’t really deliver what matcha is supposed to be.
But anyways, with this matcha recipe, it gives me the right amount of energy boost to start my day- journaling, make breakfast, play with my dogs, make art and etc. feel free to try it!!

i normally use 2g of matcha for every cup and its my first time going for 4g of matcha! And it got me so hyper throughout the day! Will i do it again? Yes!!
Fun fact 1g of matcha contains about 30mg of caffeine only! A cup of matcha averages for about 2g of matcha which is 60mg of caffeine. While a cup of coffee ranges for about 100-200mg of caffeine per cup!
So if youre looking for an alternative to keep you pumping through out the day without the crash i highly suggest making a switch to matcha!! And it has more health benefits too 🫶🏻
