The official publication of SGDES took a spot in the DSPC 2024 School Paper Contest held at Naguilian, Isabela on March 23. The Feature page rank as 8th place and the Sci-Tech page rank 8th place respectively. With these The Diamond qualified in the RSPC School paper contest! Congratulations 🎊

SGDES Campus Journalists have proven once again their skills in journalism writing during the DBSPC 2024 held today Feb 08 at La Paz Elementary School.

With the 18 CJs who competed in the individual contests, 15 of them place a rank in the top 5 and 13 of them will advance in the Division Eliminations on Feb. 23 at Ramon, Isabela. Meanwhile, in group contests, SGDES garnered champion in Radio Broadcasting (English) and 4th place in Radio Broadcasting (Filipino). The champion in the group contests will also advance in the Division elims.

Furthermore, SGDES was also adjudged as the Overall 2nd Place in the DBSPC. CJs and coaches kudos!

This is the focus of the Rotary Club of Cauayan for bringing to our Grade 1 pupils books to read and to be used in the classroom that will help them improve their literacy and numeracy skills. SGDES is fortunate to received not just 1 but 2 blessings. Yesterday, February 17, the school just received the DepEd DCP package with Smart TV, laptop, and speaker. Moreover the 2 thermal scanners donated from the office of the barangay were handed over to the teaching staff headed by Brgy. Captain Romie B. Concepcion and Kagawad Santiago F. Sagun Jr.
