An enchanting day!
How are you today, dear wizard/witch? It's kind of windy here in Hogwarts and a few episodes of flimsy rain surprised us because it was sunny the whole day! I hope you are safe and well.
Anyways, a Headmistress from Hogwarts' Pen said we should invite friends over to enroll here in Hogwarts! That's so cool, right? I really think you should come and join, we can have classes abour wizardry and subjects how to learn spells!
You can enroll in Hogwarts' Pen when you submit your epistle of enrollment to the assigned facilitators of each category and medium. If you want a second category or second choice, I will put the link below where you can register, but remember to only register in two (2) categories and no more than that. Also, joining both medium of the same category is prohibited.

HPOPC GENERAL GUIDELINES
A. General:
1. Participants will not pay any fees to join in this Online Press Conference. This is not sanctioned by the Department of Education.
2. Student-journalists from 7th grade of the secondary level to 4th year college of the tertiary level are allowed to join the competition.
3. Participants are only allowed to join a minimum of one (1) category and a maximum of two (2) categories. Joining both medium of the same category is not allowed. Anyone who will join three (3) or more categories will be grounds for disqualification if not mended with immediate action.

REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN FROM NOVEMBER 30, 2020 TO DECEMBER 02, 2020.
ROLE PLAY AND DUMMY ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
MIN. 20, MAX. 30 participants for journalism categories.
