“One day at a time”

Minsan nakaka overwhelm din ang buhay eno?
Pag inisip mo yung future parang nakaka takot din, imbes na maexcite ka sa future parang na pepresure ka andyan yung
“maabot koba yung mga goals ko?”
“masusuportahan koba yung mga mahal ko sa buhay?”
Parang madami pa talagang kailangang gawin eno?
Pero baka naman din overthinking lang, baka pwede din nating simplehan nalang
While we plan for long term, we have to take on life one day at a time. Kasi pag masyado nating inisip yung nakaraan lalo na yung mga sablay natin baka madepress lang tayo at pag masyado naman nating inisip yung future baka mag ka anxiety naman tayo.

Ano ba ang magagawa mo for today? Naibibigay ba natin yung best natin sa 24 oras na ibinigay satin ni God? Subukan natin! pahalagahan natin yung 24 hrs na binibigay satin araw araw huwag nating sayangin.
Solve what can you solve and give what can you give. Pag naman ginawa natin yung best natin ngayun, for sure yung susunod na araw will be blessed 🙏💖
