As a social media manager, I've encountered a lot of misconceptions, especially from my previous classmates who had no idea what I really did when I handled our event page. They thought it was all about mindlessly posting stuff, but let me tell you, it's so much more than that!

When I got the opportunity to take charge and handle our event page, they finally got to witness the magic that happens behind the scenes. Being the head of our marketing team was both exciting and challenging. Sure, I had awesome team members who could take care of graphics and create captivating captions, but there's way more to the job.

From forecasting trends to conducting thorough research, my role as a social media manager involves engaging with our audience, strategizing marketing campaigns, and diving deep into analytics. It's like being a digital detective, always seeking opportunities to grow our online presence.

I've been inactive for the past couple of months and lost my way.

Academic and personal struggles held me back from my freelancing career. I think I struggled with Impostor Syndrome because I often felt unprepared and unworthy. I believed I needed more time to prepare, but too much preparation led to information overload, which was frustrating.

I realized that resistance was the root of my problem. Whenever I wanted to go all in, a part of me resisted the idea. This prevented me from showing up, being accountable, and achieving consistency with my goals.

I admit that it was my fault for letting my inner fears get to me. I learned that you'll never feel completely ready for anything. It's like wanting to learn the "Cupid" dance on Tiktok - even though it's difficult, you just keep scrolling and watching tutorials until you get the hang of it. Similarly, experience is the only way to achieve what you want, no matter how much you prepare.

But now, I'm back stronger than ever. I'm ready to dive back into my freelancing career and take on new challenges. I'm determined to overcome my inner fears and resistance and show up consistently for myself and my clients.

I plan to share my journey and progress on Facebook, Instagram, and maybe Tiktok. I want to inspire others who may be going through similar struggles and show them that it's possible to bounce back even stronger.

It is important that if you're using your business page to highlight relevant captions to your business. The photo can capture the attention but when the information isn't provided, this will lead to ignoring your post and won't take the time to take a look at your other products. If you post and input the caption of how tasty or what the meal is called, this will capture the curiosity of your viewers. You can also include your location or Call-To-Action for your potential customers to know or even try your product. Another tip to promote your business in the social media platform

𝟯. . 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿.
Most businesses only capture different photos but don't highlight which are their best-sellers especially if it's a meal or drinks. For first-timers or who wanted to try the food you're serving, it would be difficult for them to decide. When you post a photo of your product, make sure to highlight your best seller. It will help them to look forward to something, especially for first-timers. Since what we want is not to suck at their first experience with our business, right? and to ensure that they will come back.

It is also important to provide your social media pages or business page. This allows us to communicate with our customers effectively. Our business page would serve as our overall information about us. to share information and moments with our products and to stay updated. We wanted to avoid inconvenience to our customers, Promoting our social media pages is important since it's easy to spread the word about new products, promotions, changes, events and etc.
