👉Job Descriptions:
1. Creates, maintains, reviews and administers stock levels for all inventory items.
2. Plans and recommends purchase requests based on planned production and agreed stock levels
3. Responsible for handling and maintaining all physical inventory (raw materials, chemicals, supplies, consumables, spare parts and lubricants) within the warehouse.
4. Processes and dispenses inventory request orders as required and approved.
5. Records items that come into and go out of the warehouse.
6. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels;
7. Tracks inventory purchase request orders and coordinates with Procurement
8. Records inventory purchase request, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
9. Ensures that all materials stored in warehouses are in good condition and are stored properly
10. Arranges stock in their proper location for easy tracking and inventory
11. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in and around the warehouse and that the schedule for housekeeping is followed at all times

👉Qualifications/Skills:

- Basic computer skills
- Inventory/ Material Planning
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Systematic, organized and expeditious
- Vendor Management
- Knowledgeable on material planning and warehouse management

- Graduate with at least 1-year work experience in the field

Descriptions must:
1. Ensures that the CME plant operates as planned in a safe and efficient way
2. Operates and monitors the plant through PLC control and field and makes the necessary actions to attain the required operating parameters to produce the right product quality and volume
3. Coordinates the PLC control plant operation with the field through the field technician
4. Makes sure there is enough raw materials, process aids and chemicals needed in the plant operation in coordination with field technician and his supervisor
5. Assists the field technician in the preparation of chemicals needed in the operation
6. Coordinates with the chemist on the raw material and product analysis and other needed laboratory assistance
7. Performs start-up, shutdown and emergency procedures
8. Performs plant troubleshooting
9. Reports, requests, monitors and performs the needed preventive and corrective maintenance at the plant
10. Accomplishes operating data sheets, turn-over logbooks and other needed reports and properly files the records
11. Trains process field technicians on PLC operation
12. Supports and participates on the implementation of the pollution control and safety program of the plant
13. Sees to it that the plant is HSSE compliant during his shift
14. Performs regular housekeeping to keep the plant area clean and safe
15. Operates heavy equipment like forklift when needed
16. Performs other job related tasks that may be assigned to him by his superior

*Qualifications/Skills* :
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Computer
- (PLC) or Distributed Control System (DCS) (must-have)
- Working knowledge of Process Equipment (e.g. pumps, heat exchangers, filters and wastewater treatment facilities)
- Computer literate in MS Office (e.g. Word and Excel)
-Licensed Engineers are preferred (this is applicable to Mechanical and Electrical only).
-At least one (1) year work experience on CME/ oil refining operation or in related field of work
