It's easy for you NEDA folks to say so because you make between 38 and 50k a month! The idea that ₱64 a day, or about ₱21 a meal, is enough to feed even someone who makes a daily wage is not only ludicrous but also incredibly detached from reality. To determine that such an amount is sufficient to eliminate food poverty, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) must be incredibly misguided, if not downright heartless. This exhibits a flagrant lack of empathy for the people they are supposed to be serving and shows complete contempt for the everyday problems of average Filipinos.
