Send ka nalang application form tapos orient ka namin sa city rules after you filled up the form.
It's not a whitelisting interview. The orientation is para maging aware & educated lahat sa city rules to avoid Fail RPs and para ma-check din if pasado yung microphone. Even staff nag-send din ng visa application form. :)
