Literal na Cheese Overload! Hindi tinipid yung bechamel sauce 😋😋😋 Sa unang subo pa lang, mapapa-thank you Lord ka na kaagad ❤️ Pwede 'tong pang-almusal, merienda, at hapunan! Sa isang roll pa lang, busog ka na.

And because I'm back, gagawa na ulit tayo ng Food Review! Syempre feeling magaling lang magreview ng pagkain pero matakaw lang talaga ako 😂

🍜 Itsumo RAMEN San Miguel Branch

So matagal na akong naghahanap ng ramen bar dito sa Tarlac na malapit lang sa bahay, and sakto! Bagong bukas lang sila. Dahil deserve ko naman kumain ng marami, pumunta ako sa store nila ng MAG-ISA at umorder ng Tantanmen Ramen, Chicken Karaage, at Gyoza.

Bago natin pagusapan yung food, sa customer service muna tayo at sa overall aesthetic ng kanilang restaurant.

Mabait yung mga service crew nila. Pagkapasok mo, iguide ka naman nila agad. Pagka-take nila ng order mo, dadalhan ka agad ng water, tissue, and utensils. Maganda din yung itsura ng store nila. Maluwag! Di ka gaano matatakot kumain ngayong pandemic.

Now, sa food naman!

Bilang mahal na mahal ko ang ramen, syempre, I'm looking for something na hindi na ko titigil kakakain hangga't hindi nauubos 😂

Okay naman sya. Medyo nagpasalamat ako nung unang higop ko nung sabaw. After more than a year, nakapagramen din ako ulit 😂 yung noodles, sakto lang din yung pagkakaluto. Yung broth, sakto din yung lasa. Papalag na para sa presyo nya.

Masarap naman sya pero nasanay ako na maliit yung pagkakaslice ng chicken karaage 😂 Yung sa kanila, para siyang boneless fried chicken talaga. Generous serving din. Gulat lang ako kasi ang laki ng slices sis. Pwede na yung lasa.

My love for chicken wings and caldereta - all in one meal ❤️

When you're working from home and night shift pa, ang hirap magpigil ng gutom in between work! Buti na lang, merong CDO Crispy Burger na easy to cook lang. That's why I tried KOREAN BURGERSILOG. Buti na lang din at may Kimchi sa ref!

KOREAN BURGERSILOG
Here’s what you need:

Garlic, diced
Kimchi
Leftover rice
CDO Crispy Burger
Cooking Oil
Egg

Directions:

Heat pan on medium heat. Sauté the garlic until golden brown. Add kimchi. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the leftover rice then mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes ay medium heat.

Deep-fry CDO Crispy Burger on medium heat for 2-3 mins until golden brown

Fry egg.

Serve.

Oh diba? Basic lang! Kayang gawin within 15 minutes. Sure akong gaganahan na ulit magwork pagkatapos kainin!

ka ngayong umaga with CDO Funtastyk Chicken Tocino!

Tara't mag-agahan ng Cheesy Tocino Breakfast Bake.
with this recipe. Perfect meal to share with your family.

Ingredients:
450g CDO Funtastyk Chicken Tocino
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups rice
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup carrots, minced
4 eggs
Shrimp Crackers, crushed (optional)
4 pcs sliced cheese
Parmesan cheese

Procedure:
1. In a pan, heat oil and fry CDO Chicken Tocino until golden brown. Set aside to cool down then flakes. Fry the flakes for 2-3 mins.
2. In the same pan, sauté the garlic, carrots, green peas, and half of the tocino flakes. Add rice. Sprinkle some shrimp crackers for added taste.
3. Fry the eggs then in an aluminum pan, flatten out the fried rice and place the sliced cheese in between. Place the fried egg on top and the remaining tocino flakes.
4. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.

Sanay ako sa crinkles na tig-limang piso sa bakery malapit sa bahay o kaya yung tig-piso na nabibili sa sari-sari store. Itong chocolate crinkles nila, saktong-sakto ang tamis, di nakakaumay. Perfect pang-meryenda with matching fresh orange juice!

CDO Funtastyk Chicken Tocino is 100% Boneless Chicken Meat kaya sa lambot at sarap? Chick na chick!

Have you tried making baked kani sushi? How about you add some Chicken Tocino on top for a kilig factor?

Giving this Japanese staple a hint of Filipino flavor!

with the new CDO Funtastyk Chicken Tocino! Perfect meal to share with your family. Siguradong ang buong pamilya.

Ingredients:
450g CDO Funtastyk Chicken Tocino
3 cups cold rice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
250g Shredded Kani
3 tbsp Butter
60 mL Mayonnaise
Cheese (grated)

Procedure:
1. In a pan, heat oil and fry CDO Chicken Tocino until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, and white sugar. Microwave for two minutes or until the sugar is melted. Pour into the rice and mix until the rice is evenly covered.
3. Add 3 tbsp of butter to the shredded kani and microwave for 2 minutes. Add mayonnaise and mix until evenly combined.
4. In an aluminum pan, flatten out the rice mixture and add the kani mixture as a second layer. Top it with CDO Funtastyk Chicken Tocino and sprinkle some cheese on top.
5. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve with nori sheets and enjoy!

It's my first try cooking Caldereta and ngayon ko na-realize, sana dati ko pa ginawa.

It's one of my favorite dishes - especially beef caldereta, but for this dish, I tried using Chunky Chicken!
