💥(Napakadali at Napakasarap)💥

💥(Mga Sangkap)💥

1/2 kilo Fish (nilaga at inalis ang mga tinik)
1/2 kilo harina or All purpose flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 piraso carrot (hiniwa ng pino)
1 tangkay ng celery or kintsay (hiniwa ng pino)
1 piraso bell pepper (hiniwa din ng pino)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Pamintang pino (to taste)
1 cup water

Onion powder or onion (pwede lagyan)
Garlic powder or garlic (pwede lagyan)

💥(Paraan ng Paggawa)💥

1) Sa isang bowl mix mo lang ang Harina at baking powder.
2) Kung meron kang blender isa isa mo lang ilagay at i-blender ang hinimay na Fish (kahit anong Fish yan pwede ayon sa gusto mong fish). Ganundin ang carrot, celery, bell pepper, Blender mo lang lahat yan.

Note) Kung walang Blender okey na yung hiniwa nalang lahat ng pino pwede na

3) Mix mo lang lahat yan at ilagay o ihalo na sa harina tapos timplahan mo ng oyster sauce, paminta, asin, Saka haluin mo lang ng mabuti.
Tapos lagay mona yung water. Mix mo uli mabuti.
Rest mo lang muna at takpan ng 5minutes Then pwede mona Prito

"Cravings Satisfied nanaman"😋
💥Ingredients:
● 3 cups glutinous flour
● 1 can coconut milk
● 1 can condensed milk or ube condensed milk
● 1 cup of fresh milk
● ½ tsp salt
● ½ cup light brown sugar

💥Procedure:
● Toast glutinous flour, stirring frequently for about 15 to 20 minutes or until colour changes to pale gold and aroma becomes nutty.
● Separate ½ cup for coating.
In the same pan, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, fresh milk, salt, and light brown sugar.
● Bring to a boil.
● Add toasted glutinous flour, whisking vigorously to preventlumps. Stirring and turning regularly for about 35 to 40 minutes or until very sticky and becomes oily.
● Dust the parchment paper with reserved toasted flour.
● Transfer the espasol into the dusted parchment paper.
● Flatten the espasol and slice into the desired lengths and then roll on to toasted flour to fully coat.
● Cut into bite size.

‼️Deep fry Pork Belly Recipe‼️

💥Ingredients:

2 lbs pork belly, skin on
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 head of garlic, crushed
1 onion, quartered
Water, enough to cover the pork belly
Oil, for deep frying

💥Instructions:

1. Boil the pork belly:
In a large pot, combine the pork belly, salt, peppercorns, bay leaves, garlic, onion, and water.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 30mins or until the pork belly is tender.
Remove the pork belly from the pot and let it cool completely.
Pat it dry with paper towels.
Score the skin of the pork belly in a criss-cross pattern or
Slice the pork belly like in a picture below pattern. (optional)

2. First fry:
In a large wok or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully lower the pork belly into the hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the skin starts to turn golden brown.
Remove the pork belly from the oil and let it drain on paper towels.

3. Second fry:
Increase the oil temperature to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the pork belly again for 5-7 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
Remove the pork belly from the oil and let it drain on paper towels.

4. Serve:
Slice the pork belly into serving pieces and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

‼️Garlic Cumin Spare Ribs Recipe‼️

💥Ingredients:

2 pounds pork spare ribs, cut into 1-2inch pieces
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 green onions, chopped
Red chili peppers, sliced (optional)

💥Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the ribs, garlic, ginger, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Mix well to coat the ribs evenly.

Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the ribs and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

💥Ingredients:
1.500 kg pig’s knuckle
10 garlic cloves
2 onions
1 cup pineapple juice
5 star anise
5 laurel leaves
25 g banana blossoms
100 g black beans
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
½ tsp ground black pepper

💥Procedures:
In a bowl, combine pork, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Ground Pepper, Salt, Water and Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Drain meat from marinade, reserving liquid.
In a wide pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until limp.
Add pork belly and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Add reserved marinade and bring to a boil without stirring for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add peppercorns, Star Anis and bay leaves,

‼️MANGO GRAHAM ICE CREAM ‼️🥭😋

💥INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packs all purpose cream
- 1 can condensed milk (gumamit ako ng mango flavored, pwede yung no-flavor condensed
- 1 pack graham crackers
- 2 large ripe mangoes (pwede gang isang kilo para lasang lasa)

💥PROCEDURE:
1. Ilagay muna sa ref or chiller ang all purpose cream at condensed milk at least overnight para gumanda ang consistency nito.

2. Preparation: hiwain ang mangga ng maliliit. Kung di ka gagamit ng mango-flavored na condensed milk, mas maganda kung ibe-blender ang half ng mangga para lumasa ng husto sa cream. Pero pwede hindi.

3. Sa isang bowl, pagsamahin ang chilled all purpose cream at condensed milk. Mix mabuti hanggang sa magvolume ito at maging smooth. gumamit ng hand mixer kung meron pero pwede na yung wire whisk.

4. Pag smooth na ang cream, ilagay na ang nahiwang mangga at mga crumbs ng graham crackers (depende sa inyo kung gaano karaming graham crackers ilalagay, durugin at ilagay sa cream). Mix well.

5. Pag nahalo na, ilagay na sa mga container. Lagyan ng toppings na mangga at grahams para mas maganda tingnan. Ilagay sa freezer at hayaang tumigas ng overnight.

Sa recipe na ito, nakagawa ako ng isang 1.5 liters na container ice cream at isang 500ml na microwaveable tub.

‼️Sapin-sapin Recipe, kakanin meryenda‼️

💥Ingredients:
● 2 cups glutinous rice flour
● 1 cup rice flour
● 2 ½ cup coconut milk
● 1 cup condensed milk
● ½ cup sugar (white)
● Food colors - yellow & violet - 1 teaspoon each color

FOR TOPPING: Latik
● 1 can coconut milk o unang pigang gata

💥PROCEDURE:

● Pagsamahin ang glutinous flour, rice flour at white sugar sa isang bowl.Haluing mabuti.
● Ilagay ang coconut milk at condensed milk, haluin. Salain ang mixture para mawala ang namuong galapong.
● Divide into 3 parts ang mixture. Sa bawat lalagyan, lagyan ng food color. Haluin mabuti.
● Pahiran ng coconut oil ang 8x8 non-stick pan. Saka maglagay ng unang layer white glutinous mixture. Steam for 5 minutes

💥Paano magluto ng Latik:
● Ilagay s kawali ang 1 can ng coconut milk o unang piga ng gata.
● Pakuluan hanggang sa mag evaporate ang gata at mamuo ang latik.
● Kapag namuo n ang latik hinaan ang apoy, haluin ng dahan-dahan hangang sa mag golden brown ang kulay ng latik. Salain para maghiwalay ang latik sa langis.

❗️ Note: Balutin ng tela ang takip ng steamer para maiwasang huwag matuluan ng tubig ang sapin-sapin.
